This is actually a box of cute, fun, and easy little paint projects that older siblings can enjoy doing with younger siblings, or whichever adults or older kids want to enjoy with or without little ones. My 20 yr old son had a great time doing these up with his four year old sister, and it was generally mess-free, if you're following the general guidelines of watching the little ones and trying not throwing paint all over the place. And if you or they make a mess- definitely washable. As thin as the objects are, the magnets are strong (we can always use some sturdy, strong magnets- am I right?), and as a whole, they are well assembled so that the painted objects aren't going to fall off or get knocked off the magnet. The magnet is embedded into the back, so the back is a flat surface. I also notice lately that my four yr old loves assembling them on the refrigerator to make pictures or stories. Very cute, long-lasting for memories, and well worth the price.

Great option for kids when they needed to craft for fun or for gifting! The magnets were smaller than I expected (about the size of a baby's palm) but worked out well in terms of helping the kids be more intentional and precise with their brushstrokes. I really liked how each magnet had two layers of wood, allowing for variation of texture when painting.

I bought two of these for my nieces and nephews so they had something to keep them busy. Much to my surprise all the kids wanted to paint ranging in Ages 17-4. Hours of fun

The wooden magnets are very nice and my Grand daughter loved them. Two of the paints were dried up when I received the item or it would have been 5 stars. We found that you could use markers to decorate the magnets and that was easier for my grand daughter

My kids both loved painting these. They are 13 and 5 and both had fun.

I purchased this for my daughter for her birthday and when I tell you it was a hit, I mean it! I even painted a few pieces as well as her older siblings. I would say this can be a family activity and used for all ages. Everyone was so surprised how they were magnets, and they hold up very well! I would purchase this again, but maybe I’ll get more paint because it only comes with a small set and the basic colors.

My kids are always asking to hang things up on the fridge so this is perfect for them. Cheap price for the amount of magnets they give you and paints.

The actual paint was not the problem, it was the paints containers. The kids constantly told me to open it for them and the wood pieces were smaller than I expected, overall it did the job and the kids loved it but those containers were glued shut almost
