Excellent picture quality and simple to set up, the stand is adjustable and easy to assemble, I was pleasantly surprised to see every cable needed to connect to the pc .As far as the sound quantity goes I can’t alter the treble or bass to improve it so it remains slightly tinny, apart from that I’m very satisfied with the monitor. There wasn’t any kind of protective film covering the screen so be mindful not to ‘pick away’ at the corners of the screen.

I bought this monitor in order to upgrade my old 17" 4:3 aspect monitor on my desktop PC. I initially had problems which turned out to be due to the driver on my graphics card. Once that was sorted everything was fine. The screen quality is excellent. The speakers aren't great, but they're O.K. considering that they're internal. There are sockets for external speakers if you need better sound quality. The camera is good, and the fact that it can be pushed down into the monitor when not in use is a good feature.A good range of cables are provided, giving a range of options for PC connections.Philips customer service is also very good.

The best screen money can buy. The adjustable height and tilt are amazing as is the quality. You are also able to stream directly via an iPad/iPhone through the USB-c port.

Researched a fair bit to find a monitor with built in speakers, webcam and easy of use with multiple laptops. I chose this one because on paper, all boxes were ticked. I'm a fairly tech savvy person, but can understand why others gave up.The monitor itself looks beautifully made and the instructions to assemble are quite clear, but there is no mention of the sheer number of steps needed to connect to most laptops and PCs today. In fact, the manual is a downloadable file on their website and isn't included in the box. I use Windows 10 for two laptops and a Macbook. Initially, the only way I could get the monitor to work was via the HDMI cable. Everything else, when plugged in, did nothing. On top of that, I could not get the webcam to work! Philips support appear equally stumped and it seems to be a widespread issue. But on a forum, someone mentioned that the USB UP cable needed to be connected AS WELL AS the main cable (like HDMI) and once I connected this cable, the webcam worked! This means you need to connect two cables to each laptop/PC. Also, various cables were provided, but the crucial one missing was the USB C so I purchased a USB C to DisplayPort cable and can now use this for my Windows 10 laptops (along with the USB UP cable if I want to use the webcam).The audio through the built-in speakers is adequate, but nothing impressive by today's standards. I am willing to overlook this, but can't say I am massively happy with the hours I spent having to find out how to connect everything.

USB ports do not works at all! mouse / keyboard not working so what's the point of having these ports?MORE importantly - inbuilt webcam (why I bought this) - NOT WORKING - there is no picture coming through at all.NO instructions on how to use this - good assembly instructions but nothing beyond that - I spent 2 HOURS now googling on how to make the USB and Webcam work and came up with nothing! Philips being multi-product company, not easy to navigate their sites, cannot get hold of ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT or find any information. Really really bad product and going back to seller.

Useless instructions....No clear information how to connect all the cables up...No sound with hdmi joined up..no instructions how to use webcam and connect it up for sound....Total waste of money...Expect at this price clear booklet with clear diagrams from philips...I am not returning it as too complicated to box it up again at my age .. no clear instructions about anything just tiny nearly invisible pictures...no clear support from philips website

Il monitor è ben assemblato e facile da montare una volta arrivato. Il pannello, essendo un 2k, è molto definito e non affatica la vista grazie alla modalità low blue mode. Con la funzione Smart Image inoltre, è possibile cambiare il setting dell'immagine velocemente in base ai contenuti che si vogliono guardare.Lo consiglio vivamente.

Even the technicians had trouble handling this monitor. When you pick it up, it zooms to the end of travel. Inexperienced staff would have it jump out of their hands and smash on the floor. There is no lock on the height adjustment, which is easy to use for quickly adjusting and readjusting the monitor height, but sadly no safety lock. I did expect better from Phillips. Robin T

"Krass" ist ein blöder Titel, passt aber auf diesen Monitor zu diesem Preis (27" 1920x1080, 75 Hz, VGA, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, kein USB, 155€ ).Die Bildqualität ist OK, mitgeliefert werden: HDMI Kabel, DP Kabel, D-SUB VGA Kabel, analog Audio Kabel und ein Kaltgeräte Stromkabel (Das Natzteil ist im Monitor, kein externer "Brick" ). Umwerfend. Ich bin davon ausgegangen das bei dem Preis *nichts* dabei ist, aber es ist *alles* dabei um diesen Monitor universell nutzen zu können - solange es nicht um "Gaming", sondern um Home Office geht.Wahrscheinlich funktioniert der Monitor auch an einem Spiele-PC (HD@75 Hz), aber ich nutze ihn fürs Home Office, und für diesen Zweck wird für das Geld VIEL geboten.
