I need knee surgery, but due a personal issue must be postpone. I decided to try these pills and I can really feel the difference. It has not fix the mechanical part of my knee, but it has help with the pain. I just can not take them with an empty stomach, they upset it. I must take them after a meal and I just take 2 a day.I no longer need the hard core medication for pain. I must add that I am also using the spray form of chloride magnesium on my leg, but that needs its own review.
