I'm so pleased with this I had to share, its made my morning coffees amazing and by putting in hot chocolate powder you can make them super easily. The three functions are brilliant, I recommend using the heat only option for a short time before the frothing function to make it extra warm. I haven't used the cold function yet but I imagine it would be really suitable for a milkshake. Overall its really nice quality, easy to clean and feels like its going to last plenty of time!

I originally got one for my mum for Xmas and after hearing her rave about it I got one for myself too! Love it, got it to treat myself to some frothy coffees after quitting smoking, can't imagine my life without it now! Works quickly and also warms the milk up. I also have a mug of warm milk before bed sometimes which is easy to do in this machine rather than using the hob. It also comes with a cleaning sponge on a stick to make it easy to give it a clean after using. If it broke tomorrow I would get another one straight away!

I admit I went into this purchase with fairly low expectations and I've been pleasantly surprised.The inside of the unit is non-stick and very easy to clean. The included sponge is very cheap but does the job. I don't expect the sponge will last very long but you can replace it. It's good enough.The instructions are brief and basic and so is operation of the device. Milk goes in, press the button to the right setting and wait a couple of minutes.There are three fill lines inside the device. The the first max line is for frothing milk, the second is for heating milk or stirring. The max line for frothing doesn't look like it's enough but it's easily enough to do two cups of coffee with.I have found that this is perfect for making hot chocolate in. I use the froth setting, but does this doesn't create a frothy hot chocolate (the powder prevents it frothing too much) and it's perfect.

As we have now entered our third lockdown, I’m really missing the barista style hot chocolates and mochas I would get from the local coffee shops. Whilst trying to avoid going out, I bought this to itch my hot chocolate Bug, and it has delivered.The frother has three functions:1) hot Milk frother2) milk heater3) cold milk frotherThe instructions aren’t great, so I’ll let you in on my secret to making the best hot chocolate with this frother.1) Using the standalone strirrer (without the silver whisk - it’s found under the lid of the frother), add your desired amount of milk and the chocolate powder.2) set it to the heat mode (mode 2) and let it heat up fully.3) decant the milk into your glass/mug leaving only up to the minimum fill line in the frother.4) change the whisks and set it to mode 1 (hot froth)5) Enjoy, hot, frothy, barista style hot chocolate!

The frother is good quality and really easy to use for thick frothy milk, but what I'm annoyed at is the advertising. They promote this as being able to make coffee shop quality milk and latte art but this thing doesn't even come close to that. I used to work as a barista and missed those beautifully silky coffees I used to make so wanted to get cheap alternatives for home use but so far nothing comes close to a steam wand. The closest I got to getting perfectly textured milk for latter art was with a handheld wand whisk thing where I could control the amount of swirl (for lack of a better word) that went into the milk. This little jug is so easy to use since all you do is press a button or two, but it produces an overwhelming amount of foam since it just basically whisks your milk for 2 whole minutes by default. Your cup is basically half foam when it's done and it's separated from the milk as well. Nevermind latte art, I can't even get to the milk when drinking unless I stir it properly. Ive had to resort to using the heat option first then just putting the froth option on for like 20 seconds to make sure my coffee isn't just all foam. Even then there is very little to no texture in the milk. Technically there's nothing wrong with that since this device is just meant for frothing (which it's great at) and heating milk easily, but don't advertise it as being capable of making the silky textured milk (like you would get in a coffee shop using a steam wand) that's needed for latte art because it sure as heck can't do that.Tldr: Good frother, makes a happy coffee, would recommend. But false advertising, no good for latte art

You can't clean it. If it gets even slightly wet it will stop working altogether. Also the fill lines are useless as we filled it to the lower max line for frothing and it spilled over and got all over the counter and since you can't clean it, that was a major problem. Had to buy a different one. I don't recommend this product.

I gave this to my daughter for a Christmas present and she uses it daily. She's loves her coffee frothy as do I. Can't fault it !
