This set is beautiful. It is sturdy and assembly is easy, but time consuming.

I don't have a large patio. So, this space saver is perfect for me! It's absolutely lovely. I ordered it 5/8. I received the 1st of 3 packages 2 days later and by 5/13 all 3 had been received. I took me and my 13 year old about 4 hours to assemble. The delay was attributed to damaged/missing pieces.I reached out to customer service via email and with 2 days, I received replacements parts. Unfortunately, they didn't work. So, I reached out again, on a Sunday after 9PM. I didn't expect to hear from anyone, but just like the 1st time, they responded ASAP. By Tuesday, I had a full replacement and not just pieces. Now, I was able to complete assembly it within an hour. Our Memorial Day cookout was saved. I am sooo grateful to the agent who helped us.Great item. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I love it and so did our noisy neighbor!!!

So while the product arrived it was missing some bolts and one of the chair side pieces had a stripped screw thread but the brand did a great job sending me a credit and specs to buy replacement bolts and sent a replacement for the defective part. Assembly was a bit time consuming but not the most difficult. Overall the product is good but could use some improvement and features being.1) The wrapping on the frames can be inconsistent and leave little clipped bits sticking out, the overall appearance is not as nice as how it shows in the picture, in actuality it isn't as cosmetically appealing as it seems.2) they could have used velcro or tie straps or something to keep those cushions on the seats, chairs and ottomons. A wind gust simply blows the cushions right off the seats as there is nothing to affix the foam cushions onto any of the furniture at all.3) foam cushions have no waterproofing on the fabric at all, rain or sprinklers get them wet and material inside stays wet and soggy for hours. If you get a lot of rainfall or sprinkler splash back beware you will want this whole set relatively shielded as the furniture handles it fine, but the cushions not so much.I still feel like it was a decent set and good value for the price, and the brand support was good overall however.

I had purchased three piece cafe set similar to this just a week ago and was a little nervous about buying this but it closely matched that first purchase and would blend in nicely.Turns out my fears were unnecessary. The set went together easily. It came as three separate boxes (that should have been explained by the vendor as it definitely said 1 package weighing 51 pounds on the shipping information). Two boxes contained two chairs and foot rests (each) and the final box was the table.This set is far superior, from an assembly viewpoint, than the similar cafe set I bought just last week. The clearance holes and tapped holes lined up perfectly and I only had one issue and that was a shortage of one more 35mm bolt. I only had a 40mm bolt left when I got to it. If I had my wish, the manufacturer would include one spare bolt of each length (there are 3 sizes) just in case there is an issue.I will be putting the table together tonight but don't expect any issues with it.Great product and comfortable to sit in. Like my cafe set, i would recommend keeping the cushions inside when not in use to keep the color as well as preserve the fabric. It can be removed to put in a washing machine as well.

The furniture is small, like everyone is saying. The instructions were hard to understand at first, some of the parts needed to put it together it didn't come with, and the cushions are thin. The part stickers they put directly on the furniture, in very obvious places that when you try to peel them off it just leaves residue. Lastly, very tedious to put together. You will spend hours putting all of this together.

We bought 2 sets and got exactly what was shown in the pictures. It arrived in a timely manner and was fairly easy to put together. The cushions are thin, but firm and comfortable. We were missing a packet of nuts and bolts in one of the table boxes. The seller jumped right up and sent us the packet quickly without any hassle. Very happy with this purchase and with this seller.

What they say is true, you get what you pay for... The best part about this set is how it folds up and you can easily put away the cushions to help them stay clean. The quality is average and the set looks decent. It's not hard to put together, just a bit annoying, having to use an an Allen Wrench for everything and in harder to reach areas. The chairs are comfortable but the cushions are thin. After sitting for a longer time, you will start to wish you had thicker cushions. Also, if you get the lighter color like I did, the fabric on the foot rest will start to get dirty. And here is the bad part, you have to clean them by hand, can't put them in the machine. So unless you enjoy hand washing outdoor furniture fabric, get the darker color or choose something else. Also, three of our cushions started to rip at the seam near the zipper. The company's customer service was very responsive and tried their best to make it right. They are sending me new cushions which I appreciate. So if you need something decent for your backyard, this set might work for you. If the cushions were machine washable and with thicker cushions, this would actually be a great deal and worth it.

We purchased for our lanai. Very practical piece. The chairs and cushions all are protected from the rain. We are in Florida and we are using a lot now that the weather is cool. Really recommend . Love it
