I bought these to do some punching exercises with without skinning my knuckles (it happened, so my husband insisted I get padded gloves). I have small hands (6-1/2 inches from the tip of my middle finger to the bottom of the palm of my hand, about 3-3/4 inches at the widest point of my hand) so I was iffy, but I read that these run small. 'Let's get a Large, since that's the smallest size they offer,' I thought.They shipped me an Extra Large. I don't know what happened but it happened. I didn't return it though, because it fit my husband's hands perfectly. When I use it, I wear my lightweight, gloves I use for weight training underneath to make it tighter. My hands still look small in it and it's still not a perfect fit, but it's not as loose. I like the little padding underneath your fingers which prevents you from scratching yourself or clenching too tightly that you can feel it. The support the straps give you at your wrists are nice as well.All in all, a good product. I just wish it fit better!

Just got mine yesterday. The quality is great and it fits nicely.It said XL and I normally wear medium gloves but it snugly.Be careful, with this pad you still could hurt somebody. They are made for punching bag or one of those punching dummy.

I used these for Krav maga and its great only the real MMA gloves are more padding for power punches. These are good so that you wont scrape your hands. Overall great gloves

Almost like wearing no gloves at all. I wouldn't mind a bit of protection for my knuckles but my real interest in gloves is in the protection they offer to my sparring partners' face. In either case, it's virtually none with these gloves. They leave your hands free for grappling, but so do other, better designs.

The clear screen protector was to thick couldn't work my buttons

Gloves protecting my knuckles , my last gloves weren't so these are great! Received an XL instead of a L but I needed to use them right away and they are fine...

These are great, I'm a 5'9" slim woman with long fingers and they fit very comfortably. Plenty of flexibility and protection when going to town on a punching bag.
