Straight forward to set up straight out of the box - no Wifi calling feature so its 3G on O2 !Stop faffing about with 5G lets get complete coverage for 4g first. - otherwise robust, straight forward and simple, good battery life - happy so far.

Good Phone for the price
For users who mainly use this phone as a work one, maybe for outside activities and without using internet much so don't care about 4G ( as this one is 3G only tat the moment) its a great phone. Its durability for the price is great, speed is not bad. Also,I mentioned it to the supplier and they respond were prompt and professional, saying they'll surely work on it.So for the price, really good choice !

Rugged smart phone
A great phone, I brought it for his birthday, he is high school age and found it easy to use,great to and easy to get around he has the full Minecraft game on and four other games, with space left, and YouTube on there to battery last two days when used alot his lasts four days and more. Would recommend.

Rugged for sure, but a bit slow running apps.
Bought this for my 12 year old as he has managed to break an iPhone and a Nokia "BRICK." Thought this might be the answer and sure enough, it is a very, very rugged phone. Screen is big and beautiful and the phone is very easy to use. Being a kid he runs loads of Apps and for that unfortunately the phone is too sluggish. For someone needing a stronger than most smartphone, for phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp and a little bit of internet browsing, this will be ideal. Also worth adding the battery life is amazing.

What it doesn't say in the review!
Great phone, although the instructions say: do not drop or or bang the phone, yet it supposed to be rugged!!Hope the battery improves, as it soon goes down, may need running in for a week or two!

Very disappointing experience
Mobile phone extremely slow out of the box. Now I know it's a budget phone but it won't even play YouTube videos, the video stops after 5 secs and all you get is sound. Browsing the internet is painful, it even takes a few seconds to bring the keyboard up. Tried a factory reset and the same. I wanted a replacement but the Seller doesn't read your emails properly and asks you questions you've already answered. Then the only solution is to return it and buy again even though it's now more expensive. Not good enough and very disappointing.
