Just set up a home office, and was looking for a multifunctional space saving lamp. This ticks all the boxes and more.1. I’m not hunting around for pens, they are all contained in the holder.2. I can see when it’s coffee time, via the clock. An absolute must have.3. I also now know what the date is, something lacking during recent lockdown. Plus a temperature indicate, which is now a talking point as I moan about how hot it is in my office.4. I can set the alarm function, to remind me that it’s time for a meeting.5. The light itself, is brilliant, as it’s a home office, I don’t have the luxury of commercial lighting. I can set it to full brightness, or have it on as a dimmer.6. The lamp has a gooseneck feature, so I can position the beam.7. Touch control. So no flaffing around for switches.8. Absolutely best bit, is it’s rechargeable. So I can just pick it up, and move it to other areas in the house.9. Once charged, (approx 4 hours), the charge lasts the entire working day, plus more. ( at least 15 hours) if you have it on constantly.The only negative is my phone does not fit in the holder, but it’s not a game changer and it’s dependant one the size of your phone.

A light button that turns own then off then brightens. There is no up or down so it is just sit push and wait for it to adjust... This button is in the middle... next to the main button for doing everything. I lost count how many times some one went to set the alarm, which is a major pain... no set times you have to manually set it each time and there is no on or off for alarm you have to set it up (about 1 - 3 minutes) each time you want to turn it on or off. The entire time you are doing this the light turns itself on and off as no matter how small you fingers or gentle you are, the dang thing always things you are pushing the light on. Really if we did not need an alarm and light would have returned this by now. OH and the light bends but if it is anything but straight up it falls, there is no weight in the base so the slightest bend of the lamp causes it to fall unless you put items in it to keep it steady. Overall just not a great item. Okay, about average but really not great.

The lamp is useful with lots of features and I like being able to change the brightness and warmth of the light. However my main issue is the battery doesn't last very long before it needs charging again (e.g. around 2 hours), and the brightness decreases when the battery starts to reduce.

This gooseneck lamp is just perfect for my craft desk - the pen pot and phone holder come in very handy and the clock feature is a real asset to remind me of how quickly the time passed when I'm engrossed in my art! It also has an alarm clock with a snooze button, so could be used as a bedside lamp if required.The lamp is switchable with an on/off switch at the base, and the lamp switches through three lamp settings according to your needs.The lamp also has an ambient temperature thermometer. The temperature readout adjusts according to the environment and can be changed to fareinheight if preferred to centigrade/celsius and the clock can be changed from 24hour to am/pm so there are lots of ways to make this clock display work for you!

Easy to set up and easy to use. Makes the darkest corner of the desk nice and bright. Can be angled to light a specific area, eg the keyboard, and the inbuilt battery stores the settings. Bright display gives time, date and temperature. There is also a dimmer setting and a warm setting to the light. Great value for money and just the ticket! Really pleased with the item.

Like product it's what I need for a compact dressing table. One draw back...to get todays date to coincide with today (thursday 10 june) I had to set clock to year 2016!!! Unlike the day and month which you can adjust, you cant adjust the right day, it has to be done through the year set....bit baffling so rather worry about the year to get the day and date I have left it on 2016.

Very good desk lamp, bright with nice features and seems well made.However the clock is dropping at least 10minutes within 2-3 weeks. Is there no quartz to control the clock but mains frequency is used instead? If that's the case then really, in 2020? I owe a few mechanical watches that give up 10s within a month. Not impressed.4 stars but tempted to give it 3, just everything else is great so maybe it would not be a truly fair score.Edit: 3 stars - clock is really annoying 14minutes behind any other clock within 2 weeks just this month, lamp itself is fantastic.
