Delicious!
I grew up eating "real" kabanos all the time, so when I stopped eating meat, they were one of the few things I missed. These meatfree ones are fantastic. The texture is close enough to the meat version, and they taste fantastic. I liked the chili ones too but they were too spicy for me, so these onion ones are absolutely perfect for me.Whether you are or aren't familiar with the meat version, I can't recommend these vegan ones enough, they're brilliant.
