Q: How many does it serve?

It served eight at my in-laws house, with second and third helpings. Of course, if your family eats like a bunch of yetis, it wouldn't go as far.

Q: Can I preorder turkey now so that it can be delivered in November for thanksgiving?

Thank you for contacting us. Amazon does not have allowances for delayed shipping. All processed orders must ship within 3-5 days. However, smoked turkeys can be safely refrozen in the original packaging for over 6 months.

Q: Can these be frozen for holidays or should u order just before thanksgiving

Absolutely! These items will leave here frozen for safety in transit. Partial thawing is transit is common and does not compromise the product. As they are fully cooked, cured and vacuum sealed, they can safely be put directly into your freezer for later use. Please remember to allow a good 3 to 4 days to thaw prior to use. Q: what are the sides items

This particular item features the ham and turkey only. We do have individual sides and pies available as well as two compete collections, The Holiday Traditions Side Dish Collection (ASIN B07K4QHTHD) and The Classic Family Favorites Collection (ASIN B07K6V3GBR). Sorry, no substitutions on the collections.
