Just crap and did not serve any of our needs
Sadly unable to return it because like the idiot I am I threw the packaging away. However let me just say the suction part where you pull the nozzle is very very minimum suction. Very cheaply made and personally if I could have I would have asked for refund.

It works great for us!
My sister in law has a trach is unable to cough out secretions. We’ve been able to go on longer (6 hour plus) outings without mechanical suction because this has worked very well for us. You have to pump fast but it can get everything up and out!

Do not put it in too deep inside the throat
To suck phelm out of patient who has vocal cord paralyzed and can not help to spit out by themselve. The tube is small and flexible so it doesn’t hurt their throat. It’s better than the electric one which suction tube is much thicker and stiff.

Effective in clearing airway of secretions
Best effective suction set up.it works. It clears secretions thin or thick. Clears the airway. I am impressed with the mechanism of this manual suction set up. As a retired ICU nurse, this is the closest suction set to being sectioned in the hospital.

The tube is very hard to put in place, it moves. It foes not work is you have little saliva,,you need to have a lot, which you can choke on. Looks ok but it does not work the way it should
