Underwhelming and Bulky
These were quickly shipped and nicely packaged in manufacturer's packaging including cables, carrying bag, and instruction booklet. They are comfortable to wear and are as described except for the noise cancelling. These definitely are not noise cancelling headphones at all. Ambient sounds leak in easily and there is also a lot of sound leakage coming out. The overall sound quality is decent but not amazing if you are an audiophile, but get they job done nicely if you want something simple to wear around the house. The ear cups are made of soft material and are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The headphones themselves are quite loose on me, they slide and fall off if I tilt my head front or back. And I have kindof a large head for a female, so I was surprised by their looseness. The bluetooth is finicky and doesn't always like to pair with devices on the first try, but I have no problem staying connected once the link is made. I haven't gone farther than 5 feet from my device while wearing these headphones but they worked just fine and didn't experience any stutter or lag. They are rather bulky and don't fold down very well, I'm always afraid I'm going to break them when I try to fold down a cup so I leave them as is. I bought these for home use so bulkiness isn't a problem, but I could see how it might be an issue for someone that wants earphones to take on the road. All in all, I'm not thrilled with this purchase but there's nothing defective about them to warrant a return. I don't feel they are worth the $69.99 price tag. Perhaps $30 or $40 bucks, but not nearly $70. If I had the chance to do this over again I'd purchase a different product.****Update 4/14/16******I have noticed a rather inconveniencing and disappointing quirk that these don't always like to charge when plugged into the charger. It is an intermittent problem that I have tried to remedy by using other compatible chargers as well as the one provided with the device. The red light will come one as if it is charging when plugged in and the blue light will show when done, letting me think that they are fully charged after being plugged in overnight. But when I try to use them, they make a lot of beeping noises and the light flashed a bunch but would not connect or stay on at all. I would have to plug the headphones in (light would turn red like charging) and leave them to charge for another few hours and then they would work fine.My second annoyance is the volume control has very drastic jumps in the levels up and down, especially when Bluetooth connected to a smart phone or tablet. It jumps from sound off to a rather loud volume level without any in between or ability to adjust it down lower, but you certainly can make it go significantly louder... If you enjoy hearing loss I suppose. I don't need it whisper quiet, but the lowest volume setting is way too loud to be considered "low".

Can't beat the price!
This headset is a lot nicer than the best known brand today. I am a brand person and was hesitant to purchase this one as I do not know the brand. But I read the reviews and looks like everyone who bought this were happy. So I gave it a try and was true. I bought Beat Solo 2 about 5 months ago. So excited to use it, but my excitement turned to be disappointment. It was very uncomfortable, so tight and it hurt my ears. Gave another try the following day and was still the same. I didn't want to return 'coz I thought it should be nice because it's so popular today. But I have to return it in less than a week. I'm glad I did. I got a better item for a better price.Bluetooth/wireless that comes with a detachable cord if you want to use it with a connectiong cord. Foldable, very handy and comes with a carrying pouch. The sound is so clear and crisp, does not hurt my ears even for a long time of use. Headband has cushion for more comfort.

Don't waste your money or your time.
If all you want is a headset, this is okay I guess. I can't use the supposedly wireless Bluetooth headset wirelessly because it will not actually pair to anything and WORK, or if by some miracle it does actually manage to connect, there is a constant burst of static that's likely having a coffee pot constantly spitting out water next to you. The microphone on the headset is also apparently just for show. It has NEVER worked. I've spent as much money on signal boosters and add-on microphones for this piece of excrement as I did on the headset. The price may look nice, but it's not worth a product that doesn't work, has no website even to look at for assistance. Avantek doesn't list it on their site and the Facebook page for AudioMX not only is a year out of date, the website it lists isn't actually a site. Oh, it takes you the semblance of a site, where half the time what's there is in Mandarin (I think) and even at that doesn't actually have any information on it. The headset is a paperweight and the company is nowhere to be found once you discover this.

Nice quality!
I was not expecting much from these fairly inexpensive headphones. The earbuds that come with the iPhone hurt my ears to wear, and sometimes I would like to watch something on my phone while my hubs is asleep, so I needed a pair of over the ear headphones that were wireless so I can charge my phone and watch at the same time. These feel good on my head, the sound is nice, linking up Bluetooth is easy, and the controls are painless to use. I’m unsure exactly how loud they can get, but I can hear everything just fine at about 1/4 volume, and it does keep background sound filtered out. Unfortunately my son has discovered them, so I guess I’ll be buying another pair for myself. I was given a discount in exchange for this review, but I like them enough that I’m going to buy another pair at full price!

Get ready to be SURPRISED!
I purchased these over the ear headphones to replace the Jawbone bluetooth ones I had that I dropped and broke. These were a lot cheaper than the Beats and Solos etc so I was a little worried about sound quality and construction quality. To my surprise, these were very good. Sound quality was very good...lots of deep bass and sound was very clear. Control buttons were where they should be. These headphones fold in for easy storage and the hinges are pretty durable. The brushed metal looks nice and clean. Also, the bluetooth reach was EXCELLENT. I use these in my bedroom when my wife is sleeping and the TV is about 16 ft away. My previous bluetooth set had a hard time connecting from this distance. However, this AudioMX had no issues...as a matter of fact, I can go to my kitchen and get water which is about 40 ft away and it still can connect. This is one of the best features of this headphone. The other is the battery life. I use it at least 3 times a week for 2-3 hours at a time and it can still go one. I just plug it in once a week and I am good. So far, this has been a very good buy. Sound quality, construction quality, battery life, and bluetooth connectivity...they are all there. I highly recommend this product.
