Music from the Star Wars Trilogy: Trumpet, Special Edition

It was the last one in stock at the time, so that was probably part of it, but it was slightly damaged/worn.It is exactly what I wanted though: Star Wars music for the trumpet.

The music itself is written great. Only disappointing thing is I thought it would come with the play along music file, which it doesn't...

I bought this for my eleven year old. We bought it for the cantina song, but it includes pretty much all of the scores. He was so excited to play it but it was too advanced for his skill level. It's definitely a keeper and he'll try it later when he's more advanced.

i chose to rate this book 5 stars because it is cool and has all the songs of star wars but some of the songs are very cool and it almost has every theme song like yoda's theme and the most favorite song of some of us is the cantina band and the most favorite thing is playing the songs on the trumpet if you buy it i will know you will like it. so i will recommend it to all star wars fans out there who play the trumpet.!!!

This book has a lot of great tunes and I enjoyed learning them.However, a word of warning: some of the tunes go rather far into the upper register. The Star Wars theme makes a fair bit of use of g above the staff. Younger players may not have the range to play a lot of the tunes.

My son enjoys this. Always loved Star Wars. He performs all types of music on trumpet in college and this is a nice treat. Easy to play and written well.

Son loves star wars and has attempted to play many songs on it.It is a beginners to mediate book, he has been playing for 2 years and is catching on

My son is in middle school ..this is a great addition to his lessons..great book and CD..( single solo,with the sax, and without the sax..)and all together..very well put together.. Thanks again!! "E" ( this is good for intermediate,or advanced)

Really great book - music very clearly written - I'm a grade 5 and there's plenty of challenges in it to keep me interested too.
