In all my jobs we use these water valves and they have never given me a problem, good price and they are magnificent

I purchased 2 of these items for my bathroom renovations. Reno took much longer that expected so when it was time to install the second one the valve was stuck/broken according to the contractor. It was too late for a return. The item has a warranty for 5 years but I can't get in touch with anybody for replacement. I love the showerhead, it's all that I imagined by I can't stay the second reno until I resolve the issue. I don't want to purchase another showerhead.

The flat rainhead is perfect and I feel like I get a shower massage every morning. I did not have to adjust the flow or take out the water saver. I use it in an open shower so having the water come straight down is perfect. The controls are easy to use, but cannot be used simultaneously - choose the shower or the handheld, but not both at the same time. The handheld as a strong flow and I use it for things like washing the dog - who is much less traumatized with the walk in shower than he was in the tub. The handyman did have some issues with the plumbing but I'm not positive what they were and he obviously figured it out, with a bit of grumbling. I'm happy!
