After placing order, immediately sent a message to seller on their WhatsApp number (they had given in one of the product images their WhatsApp number and asked customer to message the actual purpose. So that they can ship the product accordingly).The locality I live is full of aggressive stray dogs. Dog bite cases are a common news to hear around. Sent complaint to Stray Animal control in my corporation, but no response.Instead of waiting for Govt departments to function, decided to carry a self defense stick against aggressive stray dogs, by myself.(For those who don't know that rabies is 100% fatal, just type on YouTube "Rabies Patient", "Hydrophobia in Rabies Patient", etc.. you'll know how cruel to die like this).So decided to buy a 4 feet strong stick. I was a Silambam player, but carrying around a full 6feet silambam stick around will look odd, so a police lathi sized approx 4 feet would look cool to carry around.Informed the seller the purpose, and I needed a stick which I can rely upon, durable and strong.Yesterday it got delivered. It was really good, strong and durable to rely up on.4 feet stick seemed good to keep aggressive dogs at a distance.And I am happy to keep my self-defense in my hands instead of living in hope that one day Corporation/Municipality will act upon these aggressive stray dogs.

Better than what has been clamed

I love it. I needed a stick while walking my 2 dogs. There are many street dogs, some cows and pigs who can cause a ruckus sometimes. So I needed a stick I could bang on the ground to keep the other animals away. (I would NEVER hit another animal like some other reviewers said!!! Just making loud noise with a stick is enough, for god’s sake! Even waving the stick in the air is often enough.)Anyway, I wrote to the seller on the WhatsApp number in the description and told them my requirements. I also mentioned that I’m a 5.3ft woman so the stick can’t be longer than 4ft max.I got exactly that. Perfect height, thickness and varnished. I was surprised at how light weight the stick is…which makes it easy to carry with 2 dogs on leash. It is sturdy and flexible, so I think it’ll withstand the banging on the ground.I never thought a stick could be worth ₹345, but it is! Go for it.

The price is too much for the product and it's very light weight stick and by looking on its quality i think Amazon should reduce its price.

Received the stick that was too thin compared to what was ordered; however not asking for return / replacement

Just what I needed for my 10-year-old daughter. Stick is not heavy but sturdy. Easy to use for Silambam learners. I am very satisfied.
