This is the BEST item I have for plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I buy a lot of products for my foot as I'm training and running through the pain. This is one of the only things that truly works. It's definitely a deep tissue massage that's cold at the same time. I can't stress how happy I am to have this. And it's small enough that I take it with me when I travel. Throw it in the hotel freezer, and it's ready to go!!

I bought this device as I am a distance runner and often experience aches and pains particularly in the morning when I wake up and get out of bed. I heard about this product from a friend so bought one not expecting much.I started using this product a few weeks ago and have been extremely pleased. The product is made of high quality stainless steel and is heavier than I thought it would be. It could easily double as a free weight but in reality it's only 3 lbs. The product feels nice and cool on your bare foot and I think is best used with bare feet to get the maximum benefit. You can apply as much or as little pressure onto the roller as you want. The grooves help you massage out any kinks in your foot (your foot has 26 bones in it!!). The product has gained a lot of popularity in our house and now my husband is using it as are my kids!It's awesome for tired feet as well and could even be used to roll other joints out! Very pleased with the product and love the carrying case it comes with!A definite buy for walkers, runners or people who are on their feet a lot!!!

This amazing cylinder can be frozen or heated. I freeze it to roll my PF affected foot on it. It's very easy to control and just the right size. I had a question as to whether I could immerse the frozen cylinder in hot water for contrast therapy...the seller called me right back and said fine. That's great because it won't float like plastic water bottles that are frozen. Worth every penny! Thanks!

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, I just received my roller three days ago and I've been using it faithfully 20 minutes daily. I can see a tremendous difference in my feet. I am also using it while laying down, I massage each foot for 10 minutes, because it's so heavy it doesn't sink into the bed. Amazing product I would recommend it.

Works great, I roll my foot on it back & forth & it really massages out pain & feels good. When needed I put in Freezer and roll foot over it. Much better than a ice bottle. Very happy with purchase.

This product is quite good. I keep it under my desk for easy access and use.I can warm it up or cool it off depending on my needs.Well made, nice bag... a must have for any athlete with foot issues.
