SalkSani-Pant Cover-Up Diaper Cover, Snap-On, Medium, Each

I purchased these for my Dad, who has dementia and requires comprehensive care. His knees aren't great, and that combined with him just not understanding anymore how to lift his legs to get in and out of pants and briefs makes the process a workout for whoever is giving care. These have been a Godsend...they fit well and wash well and have so far lasted four months with almost non-stop use (we rotate between 3 pairs).Great quality - highly recommend!

Sizes could be more realistic.Nice quality, although it remains to be seen how the elastic holds up after washing/using. Previous pairs saw the elastic stretch out over a period of weeks to months, although they were always air dried.There seems to be quite a gap between small & medium. Small fitting well around hips & waist, but a little too snug around legs. Medium is quite a bit bigger, more like what I would consider large, comfortable around legs, but too big otherwise. The patient is quite small. All in all, these are the best I've found.

The sani pants did great. I put them over pull ups before bed and the bed was still dry when mom awoke the next morning. They were a little big but overall good product.

I first bought a size large and it leaked profusely so I re ordered a size medium.It fit much better, however, it was certainly not leak proof either. Approx. $40.00later, I still have the problem of night time incontinence.Pkg. says that once opened, product is NON RETURNABLE. Well duh

These work great for may mom. Like the fact they snap on the sides, and you do not have to pull up. They are not really bulky also. You can wear these under a pair of regular pants without looking bulky. They also wash very nicely.

They seem all that was advertised except the sizing. The medium was to fit over an adult diaper. My adult child wears the small/medium adult diaper and the medium sani-pant is huge. I ordered a small and it is the correct size.

Beautifully made. I wash it in the washing machine with other whites with warm water. I hang it to dry. It drys in about 8 hours in a warm house. Outside in the summer it should dry in one hour. My elderly mom who is quite fussy has NOT complained one bit about them. That's a very good sign.

These are extremely large compared to last time I ordered! I called to inquire and was told I would get a return authorization and got nothing. I am not happy with the new ones I got.
