Core X System Basic Package

Great additional training tool for core strength and full body workout. For pro athletes and for sporty costumers. I would buy it again!

I ordered two of these products to use in my sports medicine practice. Both of these products broke within 1-2 uses. The bands were actually positioning in the least amount of resistance. Had one athlete (5'6" max height) simply reach overhead and the bands snapped, nearly hitting him in the face. Lucky he wasn't injured. The first product broke outside of the return window and the seller refused to refund. The second product broke within the return window. I returned it and requested a replacement product which I never received and am just now getting Amazon credit for. I contacted the Core-X company and they said they said they are not affiliated with the company/individual selling these on Amazon.Overall, terrible experience using these. If you're going to purchase a Core-X, I highly recommend purchasing directly from the original maker's website. And if you're going to purchase from this seller, be prepared for the bands to be incredibly poor quality and break.

I have really enjoyed this workout. It's a great 30 min workout. Haven't tried the more advanced workouts yet.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE A DVD PLAYER!!! The instructions are on a DVD and there is apparently no iPhone app or online demo videos, so you’re basically left figuring it out on your own. And customer service DOES NOT EXIST! I called and emailed and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL! So this is basically a waste of what seems like a potentially great product.
