There are lots of coolers out there these days. Some of them can really break your wallet in half. Are you even getting a quality product when shelling out hundreds of dollars? I needed a cooler for work. I work all day outside no matter the weather so when it's hot and humid out having an ice cold water or sports drink makes things just slightly better. I fill this with ice and leave it in my truck where temperature can reach over 120 degrees. It keeps ice for two or three days easily. Every morning I drain the melt then just add some ice to top it off. On Fridays I top this thing off, work all day, then have ice left over all weekend for any outdoor activities. I've had it for about 2 years now and it has taken a beating but I've had no issues. All I've done is put some duct tape on the handle so the foam doesn't ripe off, netting in the lid to store items, and added a few decals of my favorite football team. One bad side is can get a little heavy when all loaded down with ice and drinks, but I can live with that. I'm not carrying this thing around all day. As for space I can fit about 10 bottles of water and sports drinks and about a 7 pound bag of ice. I'm happy I purchased this cooler and can forsee it staying tough for a long time.

Wow!! I’m very impressed! Love the burnt orange color. Handle is very nice. The rubber straps for locking are very thick. Keeps drinks cold for a looong time!

The cooler itself is good. It is nicely constructed, the rubber hardware and the handle are all very sturdy, and will take a ton of abuse. It also holds cold nicely.The problem is that it gets quite heavy once you load it up, and it is large enough so that you can't dangle it straight down along your arms, so you need some strength to hold it up. And if you have as much ice as is recommended--about a third of the cooler--you don't have nearly as much capacity as you'd like. If budget allows, get a bigger one with wheels.

You all readers of this simple Amazon site on the fine chest cooler.There is only one improvement product improvement is the redesign of molding on each side of this cooler easier handle grips on the sides. Yes, it has a real fine strong aluminum nonrust long handle. People, you know the Yiety cooler is the best but to expensive. This cooler believe me when I say this cooler is the now best. It is going to be a hot hot summer and you do not want to miss this fine cooler at a reasonable price. I now ordered another smaller one.This cooler will last me a life time. It holds ice in 100 degree humid weather for days. I’ve had zero issues with it out in the field working 16 hour days with it in the bed of my truck. Love it.

We like the cooler alot, its somewhat hard to open. I understand why because it needs to be for a tight seal. We pre cooled it with a frozen milk jug, loaded it up the next day, along with ice, and it worked very well for a long weekend. Durability, we cant say only used it once since we got it. But I will say it seems very durable.

Update (7/12/23) We contacted the company and they were very helpful. They are shipping us a new cooler and we can return the old one in the box. Here’s hoping the new one doesn’t leak. Great customer service! My husband loved this cooler and it was really reasonably priced. Keeps things cold for days . A few weeks into use it has started leaking from the bottom around the 4 bases that it rests on. I have arranged to return it, but I don’t have the box it came in any more and am frustrated that I will have to pay for shipping materials to receive a replacement.
