Our first try was with the tennis racket son-in-law hit it hard. It did not break and hitting it hard that it went into the neighbors yard, was able to locate it lol, however, we had to slam it against the concrete so it would break, but after all, it was a great surprise pink

These balls are hard to crack so when my son went to hit the ball with his tennis racket; the dust exploded into his face. The soccer ball and football versions are still hard plastic; but do explode with a dropping, kicking, or throwing at most any type of surface. So I personally wouldn’t advise anyone to buy these as a gender reveal prop. A balloon with confetti is significantly easier, and aesthetically more pleasing when taking videos as well.

Llegó en embalaje perfecto. Las pelotas son duras que no se rompen con cualquier golpe, pero lo suficientemente frágiles para que se rompan con la raqueta con un impacto razonable. La explosión es bien amplia, el polvo se disemina súper bien. Cumplió todas mis expectativas.

Our gender reveal was ruined because we served it HARD just as the instructions said and it didn’t break in the air, instead it hit our friend’s foot and shattered on him which definitely hurt him. Also, the plastic that it comes in is super thick and sharp when it break! Be careful, especially with pets and little ones around.We were so worried about our friend that we didn’t even get to enjoy the reveal of our baby.You should hit it against a wall or tree if you choose to buy this product.

Worked great! Just make sure the ball is served before you hit it. 👍
