Best ferret food for their specific dietary requirements
Best ferret food on the market hands down. It may cost more than most but your ferret will be healthy. Their fur will be much softer with less shedding. They will stay at optimal weight. We add a fish oil for ferrets on top and it’s loved by all of our ferrets even the picky eaters. Don’t hesitate just get it for your furry ferret kids.

Do not use for ferrets
What use to be a good substitute for ferret food is now loaded with bad ingredients for them. If youve noticed the change in kibble shape, theyve changed the formula as well and contains “brown rice, peas, potato proteins, flaxseed, dried plain beet pulp,…dried tomato pomace,… dried kale, dried spinach, dried carrots, apple fiber” and so on. All of which are unhealthy for ferrets. As plainly stated, this is a food meant for cats and is no longer good for ferrets, do not be fooled by any recent reviews

Food Quality
My girls do pretty well with this food. Most better than any food at the pet store. My girls smell better and are happier. Be careful the makers have changed ingredients without warning in past making my girls throw up as they adjusted. Ferrets need very slow integration of food change.

Use it as cat food and it's fantastic
My boyfriend started his 13yo cat on this stuff last year and I fought tooth and nail to avoid paying so much for so little for my own cat. I gave in, and quite honestly it's the best thing that's ever happened for my 4yo cat. He was overweight (16lbs!), sluggish, his coat was dull, his breath stunk. Since switching to this high protein food he's lost about 4 lbs, has more energy, his coat is shiny and gorgeous, and his breath is much better. His poops are nuclear but if it means he's getting more protein and no carbs like felines are supposed to get then I'll take it.

Great quality ferret food
Great quality ferret food. I've been feeding this to my two boys since I got them from Petco two years ago and they have shiny soft fur, are energetic, and healthy.
