This is a sturdy & comfortable collar, I like the fact the name & contact phone number is include on the front of the collar & not on a tag which possibly could get caught up on something.It’s a good price, I’ve paid as much for a dog tag in the past, I would definately recommend this collar.

I purchased this collar in 2 different colours a while ago but have waited to use them for a while before I posted a review. The collars are fantastic. They fit well, with room to adjust (but make sure you measure your dog's neck before ordering). My dog was forever chewing his ID tag, making it illegible, so these collars, with the ID tag built in have been brilliant. The laser engraving is smooth, so it does not wear off or get scratched. There is also plenty of room to clearly engrave all the details required by law on the ID tag. My dog is prone to rolling in all sorts of smelly stuff, so I have washed the collars frequently. They have stood up to this very well - colour does not fade and being in the washing machine does not affect the engraving - they come out of the wash looking like new. Customer service was great. One of the original collars had a digit of my phone number wrong. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement really quickly, without me having to return the incorrect collar. I have just ordered another 2 collars in 2 more colours.

We got these for our two dogs Labrador and a Cockerpoo.We found that the ordinary cooler with the tag hanging down was to much of invitation for our lab to try and bite the hanging disc of our Cockerpoo.Would recommend this product great value and very sturdy and comfortable for our dogs.Delivery was as it said even a little early.Would recommend 👍

Bought a medium one for a small male Labrador, and a small for my Puggle. They just about fit when fully extended. The reflectiveness is very good and integrated tags make it really convenient as they were always losing them. Love the material too as it’s not too stiff and seems comfortable for them. Knocked one star off as the colours were slightly different to the pictures and delivery was quite slow (2-3weeks).

I bought a small personised collar for my beagle in the summer of '23 and it is great quality and easy to adjust the fit. The information is clear and easy to read and I'm very pleased with it. Unfortunately when I machine washed it recently (April '24) part of the elestic that holds the ID plate in plase came away causing the ID to fall off. I contacted the company customer service and they were more than helpful and not ony offered to replace the collar free of charge but also sent me another free collar. They checked with me what ID information I required and I have now received both free collars. I'm more than pleased and would highly recommend the products and the company.

Love these collars. After years of having to replace the metal ID tags on my dog’s collars this has solved the problem. They are strong and have a soft inner lining. The tags are securely sewn onto the collar so no more losing them in the undergrowth.

I am writing this because this company deserves it. The writing in the tag is perfect and well done. The collar is thick but confortable for the dogs (I bought 2) the color is just like advertised and better: my dogs are not chewing on the collars. 10 out of 10
