A "conditional" five star rating
I received 17mm chrome covers that look exactly like the photo. I wanted them to go with the shinier-than-OEM wheels I just put on my car. The dull grey OEM bolt caps just didn't look right. I LOVE the way the new covers look with my new wheels. Why the "conditional" five stars? I first ordered 19mm covers by mistake. Not only did they not fit (my fault), but they came with 20 caps loosely packaged in a baggie, and no removal tool. I was concerned the 17mm covers would be similarly packaged, so I polled Amazon buyers. Responses were almost evenly split, half with the tool, half without. I took a chance, ordered 17mm covers, and am glad I did.Suggestions:(1) Send product back if it comes without the tool. You NEED the tool. These caps have more interference with the bolt than OEM covers, so they are harder to remove. The metal tool supplied with the caps (unlike the plastic OEM tool) is up to the job. Also, the OEM tool is designed to remove the tool from the BACK of the cover. The Otis, Inc. tool grabs a "lip" just under the top of the Otis covers. The OEM tool is not well suited to the task of removing the Otis covers.(2) Align the covers carefully with the bolts, and push them on firmly. OEM caps go much farther onto the bolt than these. If you get covers with a tool, I think you'll be happy!

No tool, wrong size, but company made it right!
As some others have state, these DO NOT come with the removal tool, which is needed to take them off. They were not in packaging as shown, but in a loose bag. I called the customer service number, and they said to keep the pieces and they would refund me anyway (which is good, because even though I called and checked, these did NOT fit and were too small).

Product has changed; Amazon should update the picture
The product that I received was different from the one pictured. It came in a loose plastic bag with no Otis Inc LA label and no packaging. More importantly, there was no removal tool, which was pictured, included. Without that tool, there is no way to remove the nut covers without damage them. So the covers will be damaged the next time I rotate the tires. All but the previous one review mentioned the existence of the tool. So the change must have been very recent and it was probably done to save money.

Pictures is not accurate, the seller offered me a refund, so hes a good seller, but he needs to change the picture.
there is no tool to remove these plastic bolts, the picture clearly shows one in the top left corner. He must make or buy them in bulk, because I got a ziplock bag with all of lug bolt covers, but no puller to take them off, so I never installed them, just sitting in my closet. They are shiny though LOL.

Nice looking and sturdy product
They look good. Some of them were difficult to get on. I tried using the little tool that came with them to pull them back off and it would not work. Tool is too flimsy. I hope when I get rotation done or have to change a tire that they don't brake. Guess I'll find out then. Otherwise they do look really good compared to the rusty lug bolts that are under them.

Ordered two sets
One came in a bag without the removal tool, the other was on a blister pack with the tool. They were two different styles, didn't matter too me, they were for two different cars. The tool doesn't seem all that important. I just bought them to improve the looks of my black steel rims on the snow tires.

No tool comes with these covers to remove them
I didn't receive the pull device that is supposed to go with it in the upper left hand side of the package. That was the entire reason I bought the covers to begin with. I have covers already, but no tool.

Junk Do Not Buy
These did not come carded as shown. There is no removal tool with either set. They just came bagged (w/o removal tool). Fit is not correct; they are very loose, will come off on the road. One package contained 18 of 20 the other 19 of 20. Not what I ordered.
