Windy City Novelties 12 Pack Black Plastic Top Hats

Unfortunately I didn’t get them in time for the project I was working on so I had to improvise. However, when they arrived they are exactly what I wanted. They will be used in some of my craft projects and decorations.

These hats are great for decorations and you can well them also. Made out of plastic but don’t bend or puncture easily. Highly recommend.

I know these are just plastic, but they were a big hit at my steampunk wedding. I put 2 packs of them out on a table, along with a bunch of cheap goggles, and nearly everyone who hadn't worn a costume grabbed one. They were a great and inexpensive way to let everyone join in the theme. They fit adults just fine, and a few kids wore them as well. They are a little tricky to separate since they come packed in a stack, so I separated them before the wedding so my guests wouldn't have to do it.

They did the job for what I needed them for, but I will tell you they were a mofo to get apart. They were packed so tightly into each other that I had to have someone help me wiggle them out. But once I got them apart they held up pretty well for our parade!

They are plastic but hold up well, and fit most adults. Make all your party guests put one on for pictures!

Great decor addition to our Wonka Dance themed party. A bit difficult to get separated at first.

These are so thin that they are stuck together and we have spent 30 minutes and have only gotten one hat loose. I need these for a big New Year’s Eve event for centerpieces but will be doing something completely different! If the company had packed them differently, then they would have worked but this is ridiculous! They would have worked but by the time you get them apart, they will be all wrinkled and perhaps torn as in other reviews!
