Working very well to keep our air clean and breathable.
The media could not be loaded. I had heard really good benefits to using an air purifier regularly. I have a pup and the home I live in we split with the inlaws and they are smokers. I thought I would give this unit a try as it seemed to have good comments and is reasonably priced. It is actually a lot larger than I expected when I ordered. I found it to be very easy to set up and use. I removed it from the box where it was packed very well. I popped the back off and removed the plastic from the filter and then replaced it. Popped the back back on and it was ready to go. There is a noticeable difference in the air quality since I have been using it. Our living space naturally collects alot of dust and dander as we also use a wood burning stove. I have to say so far I am really happy with the results. There are 3 differant fan settings, a timer, and sleep mode. They all make this unit very user friendly and functional. The noise level isnt much more than a simple fan. I actually like the dull humm it is almost like a white noise but not loud its very subtle.

Really excellent quality
I purchased this about three weeks ago. I also purchased an air quality sensor so I could monitor my indoor air quality. The SimPure is a nice looking unit and works really well. I like that it has four (4) filters all in one. It makes it very easy to change out when the time comes. The fit and finish is excellent. The fan is quiet. I use this unit for my about 800SF great room. With the fan on low speed, I cannot hear it running. On medium, I really have to listen hard to hear it. I can hear it running on high but it's just not an issue. I don't have to increase the volume on my TV if it is running on high. I also purchased an air quality monitor. 0 to 50 ppm is really good air quality. This air purifier keeps my ppm at 3. That is exactly to the unit's specs. Last week I fried scallops for dinner and purposely DID NOT turn on the stove exhaust fan. After dinner, I turned on the air quality sensor and the ppm was over 1300. I turned on my SimPure on high and within about 35 minutes, the ppm dropped back to 3. Two days ago, I fried more scallops and turned on my stove top vent fan. After dinner, the ppm was over 300. I turned on my Simpure and within about 30 minutes, the ppm dropped to 3. During the day time when we are living in our great room we usually leave our SimPure on either low or medium. This unit is also pretty inexpensive to run. On high it uses 46 watts, on medium it uses 36 watts and on low, it uses 28 watts. For most people in the USA, it will cost about 5 cents a day to run for 12 hours on medium speed. I have a vacuum with a HEPA filter and a very soft brush attachment. I suspect that if I lightly vacuum both sides of the SimPure filter once a month, I can extend the filter for a year of use. I live in the NW USA and I sure wished that I had had this unit this summer when we had so much smoke from the forest fires. One last thing I'd like to mention. Before buying this unit, I emailed the seller with a question and he quickly responded. I really appreciated his fast service. The SimPure HP8 sure seems like an excellent value to me!

Get rid of cooking odor and also reduce the dust
First of all, the box was nicely sealed with durable plastic wrap, this is very thoughtful, I can simply discard the wrap before I brought into home, during the covid, it is important to me. Secondly, the design is so elegant and intuitive. anyone like me who doesn’t like to read manual? Just plug and play? Open the side door, Simply take out the filter from plastic wrap, if you wonder which side should face the motor, simply remember the little white stipe should face you, so you can use it to pull out the filter if you wish. Thirdly, just plug in and press start, I normally select is level 2, the noise level is so low, after 2 mins I often forgot it was on, I take nap during the day with level 2 setting. But often choose Level 1 or sleep mode in evening. Fourthly, I live in a high rise condo, the only door I can open is balcony and foyer door, there is no airflow in between except AC. so clear the smell after cooking is always a challenge, simpure really helps getting rid of smell, I normally will turn on level 3 after cooking for about 30 mins, my living room is about 800sf. One thing I noticed the dust from my Roborock dust bin is significantly reduced, less dust also helped my allergy and improve sleep quality.

Quiet, easy to use.
So far I really like this air purifier. It is pretty quite, and if you have a fan,TV, radio etc. on, you cannot hear it at all. It was very easy to set up, just take out of the box, remove the plastic from the filter, put the filter back in and plug in. It has definitely kept the dust, hair down; I have 3 dogs and 2 long haired cats, and this is a pretty quick thing to notice.I would buy another one.

Clean air throughout the night!
We have a little Maltese that sleeps in our room with us and myself who is really just always has an allergy to something, so being gifted this Air Purifier has really been something else. Sleep mode is actually awesome, quiet but gets the job done. Turn that on just before bed and you forget that it’s even running. We’ve been running this almost 16 hours a day everyday for the last month, so I know that filter is getting some work in. I think because our weather has been a little cooler, we can use this as a mini AC, recycling the air and blowing gently back onto us. So honestly, it’s like a 2-in-1 for us (disclaimer, this may not be the case for everyone and may change throughout the year for us). It’s compact enough that it’s basically a trash can in our bedroom. I’d highly recommend this as a nice investment for anyone who is concerned about the quality of air in their bedroom, office, living room, etc.
