While I like the vertical storage design and sturdiness of the rack the pictures that display this product are very misleading. It can't hold 7-8 knives per side and the block with the magnets is only 7 inches in height. Long knives will stick up and the points will eventually scratch the wood base. The picture gives the impression that typical 8" to 10" knives will fit with room to spare but obviously they are using ridiculously small knives.

I like the looks of this knife holder way better than a block. The magnet is strong enough for both my chef’s knives, kitchen shears two bread knives and couple of other utensils. It sets back in the corner, out of the way, minding it’s own business looking sleek and awesome. Would definitely buy again.

The panel should be at least 1 inch taller to cover 7 inches + blades.

Three of the four corners were scuffed on arrival. I can’t imagine this would survive very well. Sending back and would recommend looking elsewhere.

This item is wonderful! I love it!!!!! It doesn't hold kitchen scissors very well, should you pick it up and move it. Which is to be expected since they don't lay flat.

Awesome, fits nicely on my counter and so easy to use. My knives are protected.

We use to have a different knife holder that was very bolky and this new one is very skinny and less bolky. It is cute in the kitchen, holds all of our knives, and looks great.
