Dijkoo The Black Sheep Irish Collection Black With Shamrock Sheep Enamel Mug

I ordered two of these mugs to replace one I bought on vacation that was damaged. The design is adorable, but the attention to quality and customer service is terrible. This item is shipped by the store, not Amazon, so the blame for what you see in the pics is squarely on the store. They chose to wrap up and ship me a damaged item. They shipped it wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap, so it wasn't damaged in transit.One of the mugs is absolutely perfect, the other one has gouges you can feel on the front and is missing part of the sheep design on the bottom. The fact that they looked at this mug, saw it was damaged and still chose to send it to me demonstrates very poor regard for their customers.I paid to have these mugs brought down to Guatemala, where I live. So I don't have any way to return the damaged mug without it costing twice as much again to ship it out to the US. Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Received mug for Christmas. Used about five times, enamel on bottom is cracking and lifting. I can’t believe I asked someone to buy me this. Look elsewhere!!!
