We have 2 very fluffy cats that cast loads no matter how often they're brushed but this works a treat on dust, stour and fur and definitely leaves the floors cleaner than the standard brush head that came with the V11 animal. No more bits off litter or crumbs getting flicked over the floor either. I thought the lights were a bit gimmicky but its really good when you're cleaning under the couch to spot the dusty bits you've missed. Using on the low setting seems to be working for me, according to the timer on the Dyson this head doesn't appear to use as much battery as the standard head. Brush pops out easily for cleaning and I only have one wee moan about it and that is that the head isn't as well articulated as the standard head that comes with the V11 Animal, when you're cleaning under a couch for instance you can't turn the machine on its side to get further under but for the price and what seems like really good quality, so far, I can't complain. The house definitely isn't as dusty as usual and I'm putting that down to this.

Light to show where places are missed.

I was livid when my son broke our original Dyson V10 head. He did this through clumsy hoovering as he didn’t want to help me. I vacuum every day and needed to order something quickly. A genuine Dyson replacement was £70. I was sceptical about this one but saw some good reviews and thought the LED lights would come in handy for spotting dust and cat hair. We do have hard floor throughout our house and on hard floor this head works well. It picks up equally as well as the original and the light provides extra insight as to where hidden dust may be. My husband thinks the light makes the battery run out faster but our house isn’t huge so that isn’t an issue for us.

The media could not be loaded. Connects ok to my V7 Motörhead dyson and seems to be picking up the dirt on my large wooden floor ok. The only negatives are build quality compared to the original and the fact that it doesn’t sit straight when placed in the wall holder, probably something to do with a poorly fitted hose between the head and the neck of the unit or poor balance between the left and right side of the of the neck see pic

Just received the order today and had to write a review asap. This product is absolutely wonderful and works great! Dyson is being awful with their items being out of stock for 5+ months now so decided to try this one instead. I am amazed that it works brilliantly and absolutely love the great quality. I will not be coming back to the “genuine” Dyson parts!Love

Based on other reviews I thought I'd give this a go seeing as it's about half the price of a genuine V10 dyson head.Really not worth it if you have carpet, especially new and thick carpet as I just had put in.Ended up buying the real thing and it is absolutely worth it.

Fits as expected. Works well. The led lights are a boon to expose hidden dirt.

La uso da un mese su dyson v8 e devo dire che è il top aspira come l’originale la spazzola gira quando la si aziona ma in più ha la luce led che ti fa vedere la polvere che altrimenti non vedi vi ho fatto un breve video per farvi vedere la luce e la spazzola che gira fortissimo spero vi sia di aiuto io ovviamente la consiglio e quando sarà usurata ricomprerò questa soprattutto perché ha un prezzo ottimo e una qualità pari o addirittura più dell’originale.

En efecto, la aspiradora ha empezado a funcionar bien otra vez tras el cambio de cabezal. Echo de menos una hoja de instrucciones para aprender a desmontar el rodillo y poder limpiarlo.
