Great quality pistachios, appear unroasted(possibly raw not sure), unsalted and fresh so they are great for baking or making Indian sweetmeats. They have a great green colour.The packaging zip lock does not work at all, won't seal. Would be nice to see more environmentally friendly packaging that is biodegradable. Would like to see a 1kg pack.

Totally tasteless
I've never had such a bland tasteless nut. I just don't understand how a pistachio can be so bland.Slightly softer in texture than I'd like.These definitely disappoint on all levels except for the fact they are pre-shelled and come in an awesome sealed package.But I'd trade both of them for actual nice tasting pistachios.
