So comfortable. Great product for neck pain.
It is comforting to put the device on and quickly inflate the tubes. It takes all the pressure off my neck. Clear user guide on how to use it and the velcros make it easy to adjust.Deflated it's perfect to tuck it in your bag and take it on the long drives for neck relaxation.

Nice relief from neck pain
After looking at these a while as I suffer with neck strain I decided to try one. When it arrived it was nearly packaged in a soft bag with pump and instructions. The instructions are easy to follow and the cushions were easy to inflate. I used a little washing up liquid on the nozel to make it easier to slide on. I felt that the neck brace squashed my ears and cheeks a little but I did find relief in the neck not sure if I should be sitting or laying down for this. It is suggested to use the devise for about 15 mins three times a day which forces you to take needed timeout. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and will continue to use this.

Easy to use and works like a dream
I used this to ease neck and shoulder pain before going to bed. It is very easy to set-up, think seconds rather than minutes and once inflated took about a minute or so to get it to optimal comfort levels. Once on I found it very comfortable and it did seem to improve my sleep as I did not wake up with neck or shoulder pain after using it. Once lockdown eases I am looking forward to using on a plane, as flying always hurts my neck and shoulders.

It does not fit as well as I expected it rides up over the back of the head and not comfortable on the throat area

keeps deflating
It pumps up and then you close the two valves but due to poor fitting of the pipes are escapes from a couple of places. Not sure whether there is any benefit when it does stay inflated, which you have to constantly pump up to do.Cheap rubbish unfortunately.

Easy to use and supportive
I got this for my partner who has neck pain and wanted to try something for when they are sitting especially for when they are just watching tv. It came nicely packaged and has a little pouch to keep it in. The instructions are clear and it is an easy set up that doesn’t take long. The quality is nice and the cushions when inflated were comfortable. Overall it felt supportive and hopefully will help in the long term with the neck pain.

The Relief!
This a nice piece of equipment. I suffered a lot with my neck and shoulders since working online in both lockdowns. Such a nice stretch and a great relief. The products easy to use and has a nice little pouch to keep it in. Happy customer. 😊

Really good
I often use it on my couch 2 times per day. I feel that keeps my shoulder and head in alignment. Is definetly an improvement.The material is soft and skin friendly. Will try to use it also on long trips, the collar itself is confortable and stays secure with the velcro.Really happy with it.
