Duets are pretty easy. I have been playing them with my son. He's played violin for two years and can play most of them. I like that the item came with a CD and we can play along with CD. Price was good too.

Classical Duets for Violin
Great book! Great duets! Good for two beginner to intermediate violins to play. Good book for learning timing between two violins.

Perfect duet set for violin students
This is a very enjoyable, interesting, and educational collection of pieces arranged for violin duet for the student wishing to practice with another violinist. The arrangements make very nice harmony lines out of the two parts. The print is big to make it easy to read for two looking on one stand. It adds up to 30 minutes of music. The composers include the finest classical composers --- Bach, Couperin, Handel, Mozart, Haydn, Schumann, plus a great diversity of lesser-heard composers. The accompanying CD has four tune-up GDAE tracks, and each piece is preceded by a measure of beeps for the tempo. The performances are pretty straightforward, without a lot of drama or profundity, but exhibit good violinistic technique.

A number of relatively simple duets, easy to read and play.
As the title indicates this is a collection of classical music for two violins, although either part can be played solo. The book is fairly short, at 48 pages (a few less have music on it, of course) and there's a CD that comes with the book. Alas, the CD in my copy wouldn't play in any of the players I tried, although I was more interested in the sheet music than the accompaniment on disc. The sheet music is well printed and easy to read.As for the music itself, most will be familiar to classical music people. It's aimed at the lower intermediate through intermediate, I would say, with nothing complex or difficult even in the later parts of the book. I would have liked a little more complexity adding as we moved through the pieces, but all are quite simple to play. Overall, for someone with a couple of years experience, the duets here (and their solo pieces) will not be too difficult.
