The media could not be loaded. I had purchased this device a few months ago, while everything worked well initially, the unit malfunctioned within a few hours. I even wrote a bad review. Gulshan from Tinxy support got in touch with me and narrowed the issue to a faulty relay unit. I was sent another brand new unit. Gulshan even called back and walked me through the whole installation process. It's been a few months now and it's been working flawlessly. Best part is the control while physical switches.For anyone buying this smart switch, if your switch is being installed at a distance from the router, please invest in a wi-fi repeater so your switch gets full signal and works without delay or interripion.While any device can malfunction, the support from Gulshan from Tinxy has been brilliant. If you have any issues with your unit, just reach out to them and they will sort it out for you.

I am using Homemate touch switches for more than a year and they work great and build quality is also good. Based on that i bought this product but i feel i am cheated. Though this product was easy to install and use through alexa, the plastic used to build is very poor, the output wires are ultra slim. Since this is placed inside the switch box, get heated and doesnt support one single led light for one output and stopped workong exactly within 2 weeks. Whats more scarier is when we opened switch box to check, noticed the switch box has melted little bit in such a way that output cables of this device is struck to the melted plastic casing of this device (pics included for reference). I do not recommend this device unless you are expecting or willing to face a electrical accident. Ended up returning the faulty product for refund. Also i use homemate touch switch for almost a year but i dont see any updates or bug fix software being pushed for the devices to get updated which puts me in dilemma situation either about security of this brand products.

I have bought two of this and one got stopped working within a week and i have returned it and the other one stopped after a month.Update : It started working after a day. If it works product is very good and smart

The first product delivered was defective because of poor soldering. The product was replaced within 2 days. Kudos to Amazon and the seller.Now coming to the product, holding the device does not inspire a lot of confidence. Generally, I would be very wary of using such products for my electrical wiring. The product uses cheap quality materials and has poor build quality. So, I am not sure if it will work as intended after long use. But after making all the connections the product is working as advertised. The app is intuitive and easy to operate. Pairing the device was simple and adding the device to Alexa was also easy. Now I can turn the switch ON/OFF from voice command, app and traditional switch.One important thing to note wiring diagram is incorrect. The black wire connected with line 4 and the brown with line 3. Please check the wiring before making a connection.Overall the product is good but Homemate should definitely improve its product quality.

I ordered 2 devices of same type. Installed them on same day. Both worked fine for weeks. The 2nd device stopped working completely. I had to remove it from the switch board. The electricity is not passing through the switches. Something failed internally. Not a reliable product. It can stop working any time.
