Not exactly what I expected
I can't believe I'm going to say this, but this screen protector was too much of a perfect fit. Allow me to explain...But first I'll talk about the packaging. I received the screen protector within 2 days of me having placed the order. Remember, folks, this is not fulfilled by Amazon, that was actually how fast the seller shipped it. I'm in south Florida and the seller is in California. The reason I bought this Realook product is that I bought the same brand for my Samsung Galaxy S1 and the fit was amazing; You could barely see the edge of the screen protector. The packaging back then was a nice plastic package with two screen protectors. In this product, the packaging comes in a thin plastic "envelope" of sorts and only one screen protector. Back then the spray bottle had its own compartment in the plastic packaging, and now it comes taped to a piece of paper. How is still relevant? Maybe it's not, but this is the first thing I saw as a buyer and it's human nature to compare to other products. The decrease in packaging quality from their previous product is the first impression this product made on me. Trust me, though, this did not impact my rating of the product, but I thought it was worth sharing. The instructions on how to apply the product are pretty good, but the video available online is outdated, has no audio, and must have been recorded at a resolution of 320x320 because you can't see much of what's going on. That needs to be redone. Now, I had trouble putting this protector on for several reasons and I will try my best to explain them.1) You are supposed to "fit" the screen protector on to the screen prior to peeling any of the covers off so you can gauge how you'll need to apply it. Well, let me tell you, there is literally zero room for error with this thing. It's either perfect or you're done.2) There is only one screen protector. It's all or nothing, and the way the protector fits as described in point 1) makes this really difficult and an oversight on their part. If you apply the protector crooked every so slightly from the start, by the time you finish stretching it across the rest of the screen, it will have overlapped the bezel of the phone because of having such a precise fit. You'll remove it, respray the film, clean the screen, and try again, only to find that it's still crooked. Maybe it's just me and my coordination, but I find that with a screen this size it's very difficult to apply such a large screen protector 100% perfectly, and that's what this screen protector demands.3) When I finally got a decent enough alignment on the screen and I started using the squeegee to sort out any air bubbles, I saw what I can only explain as the screen protector having stretched itself.= beyond its original size. What I mean is that when I had applied the protector the top speaker and home button were aligned perfectly (Beating a dead horse here, but the screen protector has basically the exact fit of the button and the speaker, meaning you have to fit it exactly or it will overlap at some point), but when I started squeezing out bubbles what I experienced I can only explain as the screen protector having stretched. The home button was now overlapping and the top speaker was not. It was not like this prior to me squeezing out the bubbles. Maybe I squeezed too hard, but if this is a product flaw, there should be a warning to the user somewhere in the packaging or application instructions.Again, maybe it's my fault, but we go back to point 2). Having only one screen protector to use for a product this difficult to apply does not make my experience a pleasant one because once you ruin the first film, you're $12 out with a poorly functioning screen protector. Here's a fourth point which I did not hold against the product but I think I should mention.4) I bought some CruzerLite TPU cases that do not play nice with this screen protector. The case is great and it's not the fault of the case, but since the edges of the case latch on to the phone by grabbing on to the interior part of the bezel, and this screen protector goes all to the way to edge of the bezel, what I experienced was that the TPU case edge was pushing into the screen protector and causing it to start peeling at the edges. This is not Realook's or CruzerLite's fault, but you should keep this in mind if you buy a case that goes wrapped around the bezel and hangs on to the interior part of the phone's bezel. If all you buy is a skin type of case which doesn't protect all the edges then you should be OK.CONCLUSIONThis product is not what I expected. Having been a customer of Realook I expected more out of this screen protector. Unfortunately, while the precise fit of this screen protector is one of Realook's selling feature, it is also a flaw. If I were to make a couple of suggestions to Realook to vastly improve this product, it would be to include no less than 2 protective films and to make the fit a little less than perfect to allow for user error. Not everyone is a machine applying these things. If you're curious, I ended up buying the Rearth Ringo Screen Protector (Ultimate Clear Plus) and while the fit is nowhere near the fit this one had, I find it still protects the screen satisfactorily. And, guess what? It comes with 2 films.

Simply the best.
Ok, so I've been a long time Smart phone user and I've gone through literally hundreds of screen protectors. The ReaLook crystal protector for my new Galaxy S II (T-989)from T-mobile is by far the best one I have ever used. Having only used it for three days I cant speak to it's longevity. I can, however speak to the initial quality of the product and that is, by far, superior to any other product f it's kind that I have used.1. Clarity: Crystal says it all, it's clarity is superb, I've yet to have anyone discern that there is even a protector on my phone. It is just that clear.2. Fit & Finish: I think the clarity comment hit on this, No one I have shown my phone to has been able to tell it even had a protector on it. It is an exact fit and the only visible sign it's even there when properly aligned is the slight gap around the earpiece grill and the protector which is miniscule at best.No peel up around the edges so far however I have heard issues with certain really tight fitting cases peeing up the edges when they are installed. Users got around this by placing a think sheet of card stock around the edges of the phone while installing and then pulling it out after installation and it does not peel the protector. this is more a flaw with the case than the protector IMO. The back seems very tacky and should hold on extremely well for a long time.3. Protection: So far I've accidentally dropped the phone in my pocket with my car/house keys at least three times for an hour plus and have yet to find any imperfections in the screen protector even with the keys pressed against it. It has one small "scratch" on it from a very sharp knife being dropped on it while I was working, peeling up the protector shows it did not penetrate through to the screen. It seems very tough!4: Feel: Everyone's hands are different. Some dry, some oily, some moist with perspiration. Mine tend to be on the dry side and this protector is phenomenal for my hands. It's slick and smooth and never seems to catch my finger like the rubbery style of protectors (Zagg, etc). When my hands are moist it does seem to catch just a tad more than the display does without, but this is hardly an issue I believe and is still better than the rubber based protectors. Oily hands seem to leave slightly fewer smudges than the bare glass does, it seems to be minimal and cleans off easily. In closing, this is a fine product with better than average production qualities and finish work. The pack contains a cleaning cloth, Alcohol pad, a couple of strips of tape to peel up the protector if you need to remove it or for repositioning and Two screen protectors. Really nice stuff. I can't recommend the ReaLook crystal enough!
