I use it for my bike rides, it clearly brings down the temperature by a couple of degrees. The difference is very evident as without this, i'd be sweating in the helmet, and very comfortable with this wrapped around my neck

These are really cool and affordable. Wet them & go! They keep you cool on hot days and they absorb & retain water easily. Best purchase. If you work outside in the heat this is perfect for you to have. Exercising, anything you’re doing in the heat you definitely need one of these because it’s going to keep you cooler, great price to. I purchased six of them four for gifts and an extra one for myself love love love this item. Super easy to use and the coolness can be reactivated when needed. Just dip in water or ice water. The colder the water the colder the towel. It last about a hr I think. You definitely won’t regret this purchase. Specially if you do any outdoor activities.

You have to re-wet the towel and snap or twirl it to activate the cooling gel. I bought one for my Husband and One for my Son. They work Construction jobs.

I tried a different brand before that my sister had and really liked it so decided to order one from Amazon. I bought three and me and my family really find them useful on hot days ! Just put cold water all over it ring it out and apply to where ever you want it and feel the coolness 😎 We like ours a lot! Only thing I will say is wish the container they came in was a little bigger because it’s a little hard to store back away in there when it’s not being used during colder months. Other than that it’s still a really amazing item ! 👍

Wet it and put it in the freezer for real hot days.
