4 Alarm Talking Stopwatch

I bought the watch for my visually impaired mother. The small black button that must be pushed is way too small to use. Impossible if visually impaired. The screen time is very difficult to read as well. The band is plastic and very small. Would only fit a small wrist. I tried to return it and the company made returning next to impossible. I'd guess they get lots of returns and have perfected obstacles for discouraging them. You pay the shipping. They provide a code that can only be used 7 days for a return. So, be organized with packaging and how it will be shipped before contacting them. They want it in the original package unused. Well, the package must be opened and time set in order to see if an elderly person is able to use it. Yeah, I must watch providers a little better in the future but would not use ActiveForever. Notice the name implies it helps elderly stay active but it's designed for people that are not visually impaired or elderly.
