the cameras won't take photos. it freezes up
i need to have both cameras replaced ,wen trying to take a picture it freezies up the other options work

This is what you want if you have young kids!
Easy to use, incredible capacity to hold images/video- i have no idea how much memory this camera has but so far we haven't needed to delete anything and my kids are not shy about taking photos of ALL the things. This keeps them entertained for long road trips. There are GAMES on this camera which is bothersome at times, but my kids are enjoying playing SNAKE, as well as taking pics.

best gift camera ever for highschoolers
i got it as a freshmanand now i’m graduating it gives you the y2k feel and it’s such an amazing thing to capture memories i did buy a new micro SD CARD for it to be abel to transfer easily into my laptop but now it can hold 14,000 pictures

Skin like Freddy Krueger, it ain't 20 Mpixels
I'm glad I tested the camera before I gave it for Christmas as the picture quality is poor.As a professional photographer my 3 year old has shown interest in taking pictures, so I wanted a starter camera for her. But I want one that the photos can actually be printed at 5x7-8x10 size, especially as we will soon be heading to Disney World. It is my opinion from my test shots that the camera sensor is not 20 Megapixels, I believe it is must only be 2 or 3 megapixels and then interpolates (ie fills in additional pixels by guessing) to a 20 Megapixel file size.I must admit my skin is not as perfect as a Kardashian. I was unshaven and have some laughter lines (yup, many years of laughing!), but I do not have skin like Freddy Krueger. Just take a look at the close up posted.The camera is a good fun camera for the price, but not if you want to keep memories of Junior's first photos. Good enough for social media, not for print. It has fun features, but I don't need a camera with games or music. Just needs to take good pictures. A child will absolutely have fun with this camera none-the-less. I am just hoping to create a photo montage of her friends and adventures that she can treasure for life.
