Once you figure it out, it’s perfect
It took me a bit to figure it out. The instructions are vague, but I can honestly say after a month of use I feel my face improving. It’s softer and looks brighter and healthier. I’m happy with this product, it’s like getting a facial at home for a fraction of the price

Confusing
I wound up returning it. The directions were confusing - obviously written by someone for whom English is a second language. I don't know why they didn't pay someone a couple hundred bucks to write a cohesive, understandable booklet of directions.

Can I rate it zero??
Beautifully packaged but it's only function would be to use it as a paperweight.I read instruction manual ( very little info, poor explanation (written by someone in China) I plugged in the usb cord ( no plug included) watched as a few bars indicated that it was charging, came back later to no change in the status bars.Tried to turn the unit on and NOTHING! Returned the next day!

Unfortunately, this device did not work
I really, really wanted to like this device. I fully charged it up on receipt as directed. I was able to use it four times before it needed a recharge. Upon plugging it in, the device shut off after a couple minutes and would not recharge. I tried with two different plugs (using the USB cord supplied) and two different outlets at two different times of day with no change. I attempted to contact the seller in hopes of getting a replacement or a refund. After two weeks, I still had not heard back from the seller, so I was forced to go through Amazon customer service for a refund. Zero stars for the device, but five stars to Amazon customer service for fixing an issue the seller should have.
