Knocked My Socks Off!
Well, it is hard to really rate this because I just love it. I have a 10 year old 17" Envy that works just fine other than the Bang Olufsen speakers are crackling and I know they need replacing. I have all the speakers but I figured since the Envy is 10+ years of age it was time to buy a new laptop before fixing the Envy.OK, now for the Spectre: This machine is almost a loaded mobile desktop. 4K screen,16GB DDR4 Ram, 1 TB SSD, NVIDIA GTX 1650Ti video card and Intel video card to boot and they work seamlessly together. Tech Warehouse is the actual seller and they were right on top of things when I needed them. They have excellent customer service. By the way, it also is loaded with Windows 10 professional. My advice and as a computer builder, before you load any of your own software, get all the Windows 10 updates, then load your software. It came with McAfee but I never cared for it and uninstalled it with some other bloatware. It actually took a few mornings and an evening loading software before I could switch out my Envy to this Spectre.Take note if you buy this machine; I had or should I say created my own problem with the mouse pad. I called HP and he walked me through it. I was looking for the red Synaptics mouse icon. Even HP didn't know where it was, but the driver was there. That night, I did some searching and came across a Microsoft thread. It stated that if I had a precision mouse pad, the Synaptics red icon won't be there. So that answered my question. So if you buy this machine, right click on the windows tab and go to settings, mouse, and if your mouse pad is precision it will say so there. Then go to Device Manager under mouse and you'll see the Synaptics driver. As for the computer, it has a six (6) core i7 processor and will accomplish even the toughest tasks. It is fast and it gets a perfect 10 for looks. The screen has impeccable picture quality at 4k. It has an HDMI port on the left and the power cable also plugs in on the left. the on off switch is on the rear bevel of the left rear. There is a USB C on the right rear bevel and one USB 3 on the right side along with a card reader. It is light on USB ports. it is also missing the Ethernet LAN Adapter. It's all WiFi. But there are many USB and USB Docks with Ethernet Adapters available. So it is not a real game changer because I just love this laptop and fold over tablet. Other reviews complain that it is heavy for a tablet. I'll be 71 shortly and I'm a skinny little guy but it is pretty light to me. So to each its own. All in all, over all my years I have owned many HP products and even at 2 grand ($2,083.00), I'd buy it again. This machine has it all; looks, speed the pro operating system and OMG it is GOOD LOOKING TOO! You won't be sorry if you buy one.As an add, because I had trouble with the mouse pad driver, an HP supervisor called me and this is his email to me.Dear Dale,This is Rajbir from HP Technical Support, This e-mail is with reference to your HP case ID: 5070012237.We really appreciate your time and cooperation in performing the troubleshooting steps leading us to identify and resolve the issue swiftly and happy that the issue is resolved. Love it
I've had this laptop for about a week. The laptop itself is just gorgeous. Works very well so far and is fast. I'm using it to do GIS mapping in addition to mundane daily tasks like browsing the internet and watching media. It's performed great so far. The convertible aspect is awesome for watching movies and I anticipate using the tablet mode for note-taking although I haven't yet. The display is incredibly sharp. Really good specs on this machine and the battery life is excellent thus far. Product arrived from the seller a day early; the product was as described, brand new, and was well protected by the outer shipping box. Includes the stylus from HP and a bonus 64 GB flash drive as well as a basic leatherette sleeve case. I'm very happy with the product itself so far and the shipper as well. Shipper is US based.

Great for art
Love the thing, runs quickly while still being able to have great graphics. Works a bit hard on running games but as a design laptop, or internet laptop its amazing. Only complaint is the screen gets weird marks on it from the stylis over time.

Sweet Laptop!!
I used to buy Dell products (desktops, laptops), but now I’m sold on HP. I recently brought a HP color laser printer and most recently the HP Spectre x360 laptop. This is a solid, stylish, and powerful laptop. The touchscreen is terrific and the screen resolution amazing. It has just the right amount of ports, including HDMI. Powerful processor and plenty of RAM. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature and the 360 screen rotation is sweet. Sound is a little above average and about what you would expect from a laptop. The only issue I have is that the touchpad seems to be a bit too sensitive, but that can be solved by using an external mouse, which can be connected wirelessly. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this laptop.

HP Spectre
The media could not be loaded. The first one I got had a small screen defect from HP but the sellers were very helpful in sending me a new one and also with tech support. They helped me troubleshoot a few things including going through software updates. It’s taking me a minute to get used to this because I am not used to windows but I have been using it for my photo editing in it’s nice to finally edit without crazy lag time. The privacy setting on the camera is nice to have and the fingerprint reader. It also has a really nice looking finish. The only tricky thing will be finding a cover to protect it because it’s not just a clamshell laptop.Definitely the best computer I have owned and will update once I get to do any gaming on it or serious video editing or art. I have definitely not tested the limits but the specs are great.

Love it. Received the old pen instead if the tilt pen.
Love it. Such a beauty and really fast. Two issues are overheating and sound quality could be better. Also, with this model you're supposed to get the better tilt pen but I received the older non tilt pen, don't know what happened there.UPDATE!!! HORRIBLE LAPTOP QUALITY.In less than 2 years of use the battery started swelling internally. It has now pushed upwards causing my trackpad buttons to be of no use. It is deforming my entire laptop. What is worse is that I cannot find an HP battery to replace it and the 1 year warranty is obviously up.Let's not forget the continuous overheating problem and audio cut offs where I have to reinstall the sound drivers. For such an EXPENSIVE laptop, the build quality and materials makes you feel scammed!Unfortunately HP has quite a number of laptops doing this. Will never purchase this load of crap ever again. Worst Tech device experience I have ever encountered!
