pretty normal laptop good for work and games. sometimes when you tap things it dont load instantly but thats not a huge issue. i was disappointed to see the back lit keyboard wasn’t multicolored nor does it stay in the whole time. it goes off when the keyboard isnt in use which i assume is a good battery saver. i believe the battery is pretty average it last about 2 or 3 hours if youre on it constantly. the wireless mouse that came with it didnt match (it was silver, they advertised that it matches) so i had to buy my own. the screen was scratched as you can see in the photos. i ordered 256 gbs of space but only received about 117gbs. amazon partially refunded me for the space i didnt recieve. kind of feels like these computers arent 100% new but its great for the price. they are not touch screen at all. if youre looking for more space just buy the lowest gb computer and purchase a tb flash drive

The mic and audio drivers are in Chinese and no plug and play microphones or headsets are compatible. A troubleshooting run on these items....is also hanging. All of the driver and hardware info. Is written in Chinese, and none of the blindly chosen options fix the low volume and inability for word dictation to use the mic. To add insult to injury, today the Windows 11 update says "failed retry", and of course the troubleshooting also hung/failed. There is a slight spark when you plug it in, which could be the ballast or the Amazon purchased surge protector. Customer service is inept and the window for refund will close while you are running in sand with Amazon's tell-the- Seller routine. I cannot stand racist reviews bashing China- and am not providing one here. However, customer service has been non-existent and Amazon will NOT stand by this product although Amazon's logo, app, and delivery drivers put this item in the U.S. stream of commerce. In my opinion, this item is unacceptable, defective, and Amazon should stand by products it is willing to pimp. Poor form Amazon.Update: After posting this, I heard on the news Amazon will start indicating which products are frequently returned. Instead of not selling frequently returned defective items, they give a caveat emptor (buyer beware)? Close but no cigar AND poor form Amazon.

The main reason I wanted this laptop was the color. I was hunting for a pink one and couldn’t find anything and then this popped up. And honestly I’m very impressed. I don’t use it for gaming just work and it’s perfect for that. Super light weight. It runs smooth and does everything I need it do it. Very happy with the price, the hardware, and especially the color.

Laptop came as expected but it did not have Windows 11 or Office 2019 on it. We also did not have product keys in box, paperwork or online.

if you're looking for heavy gaming, video editing, etc. the computer will disappoint you. Simply updating the computer with the regular/basic Windows updates takes around four hours. I'm not running anything else while the computer is updating and it still takes a long time. I recommend it only for basic activities like surfing the internet, email, light photo editing, video watching and the like. With that, the laptop is very lightweight and comes with a separate mouse. The rose gold color is a nice touch!

Computer has never worked gets the blue screen if death. Contacted the. They sent a media drive to fix it with no instructions but yet that’s part of it I have been Chad h ghost liggging back into my eba accounts and bank g sure I fad all my personal things. Not only am I taking g care of my sick parents but I had to deal with that. There’s a special place in hell fur people like this Will not buy from them and wastes y nire my time with. C
