I like the health benefits
Since I'm starting to get up in age, I started to become more proactive with my health. I chose to take Turmeric for all the many health benefits. I had been using some Turmeric capsules given to me ...
I had been using some Turmeric capsules given to me by a friend but an aftertaste surfaced after an hour or so and lasted all morning. The same friend advised me at New Year's she had switched to the ANAI Brand and advised me to do the same. Fight depression naturally without side effects!
I am always looking for a product that will help with managing depression, something I have dealt with most of my life, but I prefer natural alternatives as apposed to medication.
