Great product at a great price
I ordered one blind in the color 'Dali Native' to see how it looks, and loved it so much that I'm now on my 3rd order. I'm 100% happy with these shades!! One thing to know: they're easy to see through. I like that, because the light coming through them looks SO PRETTY. And I found a couple ways to deal with privacy. On my front door, I screwed in 2 cup-holder hooks right beneath the bamboo shade, and sewed a piece of canvas drop cloth to a skinny dowel, which I can hang by the hooks when I want privacy - it's easy to take on and off and it works great. And the other solution is to just hang curtains above the shades, which is a look I absolutely love. The advantage of them being sheer is that they cut down on glare but still allow some light in, and they create a warm glow in the room. I also love the texture they add, and they look more expensive than they are. They're easy to raise and lower, and easy to clean with a duster or vacuum wand. Simple installation, prompt shipping. These did so much for my home!!

Great quality and easy installation
These were very easy to install and all the hardware was included. A nice drill or impact driver is all you need to install on recessed windows. These are absolutely “light filtering” and you can somewhat see through them. I combined the shades with curtains for further privacy. They are very easy to use and I love the cordless functionality. They feel so expensive!I purchased two colors to see which would work well with my space: Tuscan (left) and Java Deep (right). I did also purchase Dali Native and found the color to be very similar to Tuscan but the structure of the shades were thicker - the pieces of bamboo were wider in Dali native and Java deep than in Tuscan (more like individual sticks). I did end up choosing Java deep because it did complement the colors in my living room and blended decently with my honey-ish oak floors.Java - blend of dark, light tonesTuscan - orangey wood tonesDali native - similar color to Tuscan but more muted with some blend of other wood tones

The petite rustic is a beautiful light color!
I ordered the petite rustic 28.5" x 60". They were true to size and came with the hardware. They're a major upgrade compared to the old blinds. They're light filtering. They're not extremely heavy but they're very well made. They're easy to install, I did it myself while my husband was at work. I can't wait to put the curtains up they'll look great with the bamboo!

Bamboo blinds
I love the color and the texture. I wish there was less sun light coming through them. They were not difficult to install. The hardware was good.

Read this before purchasing
Writing this review to give my two cents on different aspects of the process and to give positive feedback on an excellent product.First off, the shades are elegant. They go up and down easily and appear to be well-made. That’s super important in a market full of flimsy products. I personally don’t want to replace my shades anytime soon or have them looking raggedy. I was looking for a good-looking, plastic-free product (that includes polyester roller shades), which I discovered is like finding a needle in a haystack. The whitewash look good with my modern, cool-colored interior decor. The brown look good also, but make sure the color will go well with your space. While brown is a warm color, the white are more neutral and would probably look good in any setting. As far as the size, I found that a half-inch down was perfect. So if the width of your window frame measures around 31”, 30.5” can be a great choice. For a few blinds, there was no half inch option so I went a whole inch down and they looked fine. What you don’t want is the shade to be too wide (for inside mounts) because then they won’t fit.I’ve attached photos during the day and at night. The shades are sheer, so you can see the outside during the day (but not at night). If there is a particular window you don’t want to see anything through during the day, you can buy $5 paper shades from Walmart or Amazon and put them underneath. I did this with one area close to the street that I didn’t want to see at all, and it was a great solution.I have included pics of the bracket so you can get an idea of how the shades are hung. Don’t get discouraged if you’ve never done it before — it’s easy. Once the bracket is up, you put the bolt through the wood and secure it with a wing nut with the valance (the rectangular decorative strip at the top) facing forward. For mine, I did a “flush mount” where the front of the shade is even with the front of the window frame. The middle of the bolt needed to be ~15/16ths of an inch from the front of the frame (I measured the distance from center of the opening in the wood where the bolt goes through to the front of the shade). This probably doesn’t make sense now, but you’ll figure it out when the shades come. There is also a little instructional booklet.I also included a pic of the exterior door since I wasn’t sure how I wanted to do it at first. I got a 24” width shade which fit perfectly. (The window part of the door was 21” and some change). I ended up buying half inch screws from the store instead of the one-inch that came with it and drilled straight into the door as pictured. I pre-drilled since doors are hardee to penetrate than drywall. Nothing wrong with using the one inch but it seemed like overkill on the door since the shades are only ~5 pounds. You could even secure the bracket to the door with double-sided tape, but tape with any kind of holding power tends to leave a mark when you remove it.Good luck!

Great blinds for the price-recommend!
I have these blinds in several windows in my home and in different sizes and shades. I love them because they look nice, they fit perfectly and work as they should. The gray shades are less see through and do better blocking light and transparency. I also bought the Denali and those are more transparent but it doesn’t bother me because we have thicker curtains as well in those window and don’t need the blinds for blocking out completely. When I have the Denali drawn half way, they aren’t see through. It’s mostly when I draw them all the way down to the windowsill that you can see light and are slightly see through. Again, this doesn’t bother me at all. These are also good in my opinion to block any drafts. Would definitely recommend and buy again. I’ve ATTACHED a photo of the Denali and the gray when fully drawn down to the windowsill.
