Did a lovely job of some residual black spot I had on the patio after a jet wash.

The photos show slabs after treatment followed by the slabs before treatment. Mostly there has been an overall improvement but some slabs show a dark patch after treatment which wasn’t there before treatment.

Excellent product. Cleared all black lichen effectively. Was sceptical as tried other products which didn’t work but now my Indian drive patio like new. Would recommend.

Used Black Spot Remover to clean slabs that had became riddled with the stuff. Ugh! Straight forward instructions, and Viola! Job done! Blind Pugh would be delighted, I know I was.

This is an excellent product. Does what it says on the tin and removed 20 years of grime and black spots from our patio easily. Come up almost like new. Highly recommend

as above cost prohibitave, seemed to work reasonably well but did not clear all spots even after pressure wash.

I used the product neat and applied with a pressure sprayer and brushed it around the patio- left for 4 hours and then cleaned off with hose. Really happy with results there’s still some black spot left so will need to apply again in a few spots. The photo shows the area I got to show the comparison. I will need to buy another 5ltr to finish the job it didn’t stretch as far as I thought it would. Be mindful of any grass around the patio , I wasn’t as careful applying and it does bleach any grass it touches.

I had to write a review about this product. When I purchased it I was very sceptic and didn't think it would work....but OMG....it is fantastic and it has brought my patio back to life. Definitely would give it 10 out of 10
