Szuperzsaru (1980) Super Fuzz AKA Super Snooper / Terrence Hill / ENGLISH and HUNGARIAN Audio / Hungarian Subtitles [European DVD Region 2 PAL]

This is one funny movie. Terence Hill (Poiceman Dave Speed) is flipping hilarious in this flick. Ernest Borgnine (Sgt William Dunlop) is great as his side kick. Watching him run and keep up with cars, watching him float in the air, run and stand on water, he has telekinesis, precognition, hypnotism, he is practically invulnerable to harm, he can insta change like Clark Kent into Superman. The fact that he loses his powers every time he sees the color red is something where you have to suspend disbelief. After receiving his super powers, the plot is him trying uncovers a conterfeit money operation by a business man known as Torpdeo and his mistress Rosie LaBouche, a fomer actress,on whom Dunlop has a crush on. Over all a good popcorn flick. It is definitely a diverengce from Terence Hill's Spaghetti Westerns that he usually stars in. This is just a fun, light weight and entertaining way to spend a Friday or Saturday night with a few friends.

Nowhere on the descriptions using the App when purchasing this did it say you was the Italian only version. The movie itself if you can ever see the English version it's good. But if I wanted to see a movie with subtitles I would have purchased it Japanese anime

I saw this movie in the theater as a kid. When we got home we pretended we were Super Fuzz. Then it was on HBO and I would watch it every time it came on. You have to understand it is a 1980's B movie, has 1970's music and effects done on a cheap budget. It is just a silly movie but lots of fun. I do not understand why it is called Super Snooper on here. If you love B movies that are simple and fun, you will love it. You have to get your mind right or you will not get the fun out of it.

I bought the English dubbed DVD and foundit doesn't play easily in any player.

I saw this on opening weekend when it was first released with a good friend of mine. Eh … for me it wasn't a memorable movie. It was pretty basic stuff coming out of Hollywood (or the Italian equivalent).Terrence Hill always struck me as a bit of an odd duck for movies, because he was Italian, and even though he put his best foot forward in his roles, he still struck me as "that guy with an accent". And it was an accent that I couldn't really place. For the longest time I thought he might be Polish because there were a couple of Polish brothers at the local school that sounded just like him. Oh well. Live and learn.For me Superfuzz is a silly film. It's light hearted stuff that's professionally put together. It has that late 1970's mid budget feel. The kind of film that would get cranked out with some regularity, and didn't need to be a blockbuster, but had a decent look to it no matter how irreverent the story and story material.Anyway, I'm not sure what else to say. It's an okay film. Nothing incredibly spectacular, but nothing insulting either. Check it out if you have nothing else to do.

This movie is good. The release in my area had bad sound. So I got this. The release is OK-ish, because the sound is good enough, video is VHS-ish and there are two minor cuts.Get the Italian DVD or US official one if you can. These have better picture and sound at least.
