The size is listed as "46344" before "stretching". Still not sure what that means, but I do know one thing - it is so small - and extremely tight - that I cannot pull it over my thumb. Since the seller listed the item with such an inaccurate size description, you think they would apologize and give me my money back for an unused item. Nope. They just quote from "policy" and will not accept any returns - even when they screwed-up on the size information. I wasted $25 on an item that might work on something the width of a magic marker. They should be ashamed of themselves for not making it clear what the size is just to make money. I gave them a chance to fix the error, but they said no, I am warning all of you.

It sounds like the other people who reviewed before me, did not get the information that these new patent EZ Tension Rings are NOT designed to be stretched over the tube, that is the reason for their negative reviews. Basically, the EZ Tension Rings were designed to be used like a cap top with a hole in the middle, which is where you place your member against and the suction will gently suck it thru the hole and into the tube.
