I was on the AIP diet temporarily and needed my pasta fix. Although these are expensive, they are sooo yummy. My favorite grain free pasta so far and I definitely recommend if you need a pasta substitute. My only comment on the taste is that it tastes a little sweeter than regular pasta, but delicious and satisfied my craving.

The Penne and Fusilli pastas had great flavor and consistency, but the orzo was bland and mushy. I was very careful about following directions in regard to the timing.

I probably won't purchase these items again....taste was very bland

This is Mushy and all the boxes I received were 49 carbs per serving (different types of pasta). While I was getting this to be free of Lectins, carb wise it is not good for low carb. I prefer al dente pasta and this was mushy no matter how I cooked it. Forget about reheating- it becomes a ball of product. Will not purchase again, esp for this price. While I expect it not to taste like wheat pasta, if you try just know it tastes like it not cooked through even though the consistency is soft....not sure how to explain. Just not for me and too many carbs.

Suggested by my Dr gundry, glad I don't have to give up pasta because they use quality none lectin grains in there formula
