Fantastic Battery powered sprayer
Review Update. July 31 2021. I wanted to share some tips I discovered and what to expect from the Fivo sprayer. This is an updated more accurate review. This sprayer's average stream distance is around 7 to 8 ft. I can easily get it to 20 ft if I tilt the nozzle 30 degrees give or take. Shooting from chest height to the ground. But thats only if I'm spraying just water. The viscosity will change once you add product. In fact there's a good chance the pump will have trouble starting a pull for anything thicker than plain water. But that doesn't mean the sprayer doesn't work. The pump just needs a little help getting started then it'll take over once you have a spray going.1st what you must do is unscrew and remove the pressure release valve cap. Then put the smallest sized O-ring (extra o-rings comes with the sprayer) onto the little nipple underneath valve cap. Then screw the valve cap back onto the tank nice and tight but not too tight. Now pressurize the tank by pumping the handle. Once the tank is pressurized, squeeze the trigger to start spraying. While it's spraying from the pressure in the tank, turn on the battery pump. The battery pump will continue spraying after the air pressure in the tank is all gone.. Note: if you turn off the pump, you'll need to restart the process all over again. Also it's important to keep in mind that the output from the battery pump will not be as strong as the hand pump. Frankly it's pretty weak. But it really depends on the flow thickness of product used. As long as I don't have to keep hand-pumping the tank, its fine with me. It's just nice having both options. This is the only sprayer that gives you that choice.Oh and another tip. If the tank starts making a whining noise while using the battery pump, just unscrew the pressure release valve. You don't have to remove it. Just unscrew it to allow air to easily get in the tank. The little water pump doesn't require a sealed tank. It's just siphoning liquid.I really like this sprayer for the options it provides. No other battery sprayer gives you the choice of either hand pump or battery operation. And the Fivo allows you to use any battery bank. The battery isn't proprietary and built into the pump like other brands. And tbh the pressure isn't all that different from other brands. They're all equally pretty weak! Remember this isn't a pressure washer. If you keep your expectations within reason you'll happy with this product. It makes the work of spraying your yard or home so much easier.I'm keeping it 4 stars which is excellent in my book. Only perfection gets 5 stars and unfortunately nothing is perfect..

Great product, great price
I love this, it is easy to recharge, no add'l cost for batteries. The long sprayer tube is easy to spray without having to bend over every time. I have showed my neighbors and they all love it also.

The best battery powered sprayer
I live on a farm which means you use a sprayer almost daily. Not only is this sprayer battery powered which means no stopping every few minutes to pump the sprayer but the width of spray covers a broad area. It is just the best. Quality outstanding.

Follow the instructions and this powered sprayer works great.
Other than possibly receiving a bad sprayer from the factory, I'm not sure why some people are having difficulty with it. The tube in the container has a good filter on it. The included hose is very long. The trigger has both a spray and lock on it to prevent accidental spraying. The pump is adequate, spraying a good 10 feet when the nozzle is set to stream instead of mist. The rechargeable battery is more than enough to power the pump. The box included extra rubber seals/washers (note these are not needed upon initial assembly). Putting the thing together couldn't be easier. I quickly sprayed an area with herbicide that is difficult for me to get to, so adding in 2' weeds/grass makes it even more fun to get into. With this sprayer I was able to cover the entire area with the herbicide. Once dead I'll remove the grass/weeds. After spraying I emptied the tank, filled with water and ran the pump until clear water was coming out of the spray nozzle. I shut off the pump then drained the hose by holding the tank up high and opening the spray wand trigger allowing the water to drain out. The sprayer is now waiting in the garage for its next job, most likely pesticide around the base of my house. The only complaints I have are that the power switch on the battery pack is a little finicky to get to turn on and off, it works it's just touchy. The carry strap is a little shorter than I would like, but it works. I would like to see some sort of snap in holder on the side of the tank for the wand. It would also be nice to either have a power button on the wand or a pressure sensor on the pump so it would shut off when not in use instead of having to reach for the power switch on the pump itself. I like that the tank includes a manual pump so it can be used like a regular sprayer if absolutely needed. Compared to any of the other powered sprayers, I like this one the best. If I had to replace the pump on this sprayer I most likely could if I looked for the right pump. On most others the pump is built in, so if it dies you either have to disassemble the sprayer to get to the pump or just toss the thing and try another brand. If the pump dies on this sprayer, I can fairly easily replace it. The only thing that would make this powered sprayer easier to use is if someone else would spray for me! Good product, good price. Properly clean and maintain it and I don't see how this could ever be a bad buy.

Good at first, then failed, shooting chemicals all over me
I really liked this product until a sudden leak occured within the in-line switch housing and shot pressurized chemicals all down my leg.
