Lemon Yellow Powdered Food Coloring

The color is very nice and vibrant and it melts well into whatever you are coloring. My only problem is that it tends to clump and so you have to be very careful to get all of the lumps out if you want smooth even color.

I really like this product. The only thing I had a proble with is that I make pig batches of icing and it took quite a bit of the powder to make the color I desired.
