Best fig preserves! Mrs. Bridges Fig Preserves remind me of my mom's fig preserves that she'd make from scratch and jar when I was a little girl (I'm not that old; mom just had me later in her life :-) jarred preserves was just one of the many benefits I experienced; I digress. I love these preserves! Normally, I'd go to Home Goods to buy them, but with social distancing and compliance with stay at home orders, I'm so glad to see that a seller from Amazon has them on hand. Thank you!!!

Mrs. Bridges fig preserves remind me of my childhood when we visited one of my Aunts. She caned almost everything. She had figs growing in her backyard. We had her fig preserves every morning for breakfast and even sometimes for a snack. She always let us take some home. That is what Mrs. Bridges fig preserves tasted like, a trip to my Aunts house. If you want to try something besides English muffins and toast try this. 2 or 3 teaspoons of these preserves in a 8 or 10 oz.. coffee cup, then put thick yogurt like Greek on top . Blend it with a fork. That's a tasty Breakfast, snack or dessert !

Well worth purchasing. You will have no regrets. I loved the little chunks of figs. The flavor is outstanding. It’s like eating a fig with the added benefit of it being spreadable. It is sweet but you can control your portion size. I had a peanut butter and fig jam sandwich. Yummy! I also like just a spot with cheddar on a cracker. I’ve dreamt of many ways to use this product. I look forward to trying them all! Definitely will buy again!

Well I bet it was delicious. I was counting on that since I needed for this weekend BUT even though I read reviews about arriving broken I thought SURELY seller or supplier may have read reviews so it doesn’t come broken & a huge mess!!! Not to mention no returns as it’s a consumable. Unfortunately I was disappointed because it’s a huge mess. So $ bye bye.Do not buy & take chance,I’m sorry to say. I buy on line because of Covid-19. This is inexcusable, I’m sure it’s not first preserves to b shipped. Someone please fix this issue.

Was so excited to get this. The package is so cute. I wanted the preserves to make a fig glaze for chicken. It was/is delicious! Great quantity, too

Many fig jams are so sugared the flavor and dark richness of the fruit is overwhelmed, or they’re more jellied than preserved. Mrs. Bridges is spot on my favorite after tasting many. Rich fig flavor carried on luscious near bite size pieces of dark fruit (‘only’ 4 stars for spreadability is a compliment to its chunky body). Packaging pretty enough for a gift basket. Obviously I’m a fan.

Spreadable preserves with small chunks of soft fig. The flavor is delicious, not overly sweet, but balanced for a variety of dishes. Works well spooned over baked cheese with rosemary.

Great taste, very happy with this. Used this for a great appetizer for Thanksgiving combined with some Brie. I wish I could eat this every day.
