High quality after market lever. Only needed one but have a back up for the other Totos in the house.

I decided to take the chance and ordered it to replace the broken lever for a Gerber 28-890 Toilet. It is a bit longer than the original (Gerber 99-685-WH tank lever), but apart from that, worked like a charm. All I needed to do was remove the black gasket. Also, very affordable, costing about 25% compared to the Gerber part.

Nicely package, two for the price of one of the OEM one. And it's exactly the same style, size from the look of it, they even design it so it probably would last longer than the original (see the (2) reinforced spot that is not on the original). Very easy to install, my teenage daughter was able to install it. But then I found it wiggled more than the original, so put in a piece of rubber flasher (see (1) in image), now it is perfect. That's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars for it.

Finally, I found a replacement tank flush lever for my one-piece TOTO toilet. It is made of a similar material to the original part, and the fit is even better, all at less than half the price. I am happy with this product and grateful to Amazon for making it easy for me to find home appliance parts.

Actually had installation instructions, though it is pretty obvious how to install. Supposedly lifetime warranty for original buyer. Nice brass rod.

Only problem with my old one was the nut broke. When I tried to buy a cheap replacement at the local store, all the nuts were reversed threaded and the mechanism didn’t fit around the valve. This worked perfectly and I’ve got an extra. (Why?)

Really happy with the value. The quality of the product is near or greater-than what came with Toto.Toto make incredible toilets, although some of the internal hardware (mainly the lever), are poorly constructed. This was an excellent replacement part with an extra (just in case of wear over time). You want your expensive toilet-system to last! Time will tell if this component lasts, but so-far, so good.

Works well. Good value as much cheaper then the original. Due to a gasket that is wider then the hole in the toilet tank you need to do one of 2 things to make it fit. Either remove the rubber gasket, or unscrew the handle from the lever and then screw the handle onto the original lever. I found both ways work fine. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of this. I would buy one of these again as it seems decent quality and the steps to make it fit are super easy. The whole repair if your handle broke is easy, anyone who can use a screwdriver can fix their handle problem

I replaced this tank lever a number of times with the Toto product. they are poorly made and didn't last. I then tried this product and it works much better than the manufacturers replacement. It also has not broken far beyond the other product.

Flush lever did not appear to fit even though it was supposed to. It would not fit through the square hole in the toilet. Was about to return it until I noticed that the old lever did not have a rubber gasket on it. I removed the gasket and then it was identical to the old one and fit perfectly. Looks identical as well. Will see if it lasts 12 years like to original one. All of the instructions including the video showed installation with the rubber gasket installed.
