Love this toaster. The added benefit of heating and reheating is great.

Over 40 yrs I have had more toasters than I can count. But I was never happy with them name brands from $30.00 to $100.00 plus.I found this toaster on Amazon but didn't know the brand.I didn't write a review until now because I wanted to try it for several months.Decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did.Easy to clean, works great, the settings are spot on.The warming rack is something I didn't think I would use. But I did try it to warm dinner rolls and now I use it at least once or twice a week.The owners manual is the best I've ever gotten with a toaster.I would buy it again and have told friends about it.GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!

Toasts just fine but when it pops up the toast goes flying out if only one piece of bread in it.

Toaster makes consistantly correct toast. If you need 4 slices of toast, the second batch is identical to the first even though the toaster is already hot.Toaster losses a star for placement of controls on side of toaster instead of in front. The browning control knob setting is impossible to read unless you turn the whole toaster toward you.Not a big deal, I guess, but definitly annoying if you need to change the setting. There's only 2 of us here and we like our toast setting the same.If you have a bigger family, this is not the toaster for you. Get one with the settings on the front.

I have yet to use this toaster so I cannot comment on its quality as an appliance, however its description says stainless steel and the images on the listing are believably stainless, so we ordered it to match our other appliances.It is Not stainless steel, it is a horrendous Chrome finish that looks more like a children's toy than a kitchen appliance. I will likely need to find a place in a cabinet to store this toaster as the color so distinctively stands out from the other appliances. If you're wondering why this product is so much cheaper than other appliances, this is why.

I am getting used to it and mainly just toast bagels and now I do not use bagel setting skip that and toast it to the mid point on the number scale seems to come out ok

It works (almost as good as mine $15 old one) but misses one important feature: making a beep when it finished. I wouldn't recommend to buy it for the price, but if you find one below $15 it may worth it.

i have not used it very much yet but so far works great and looks great too
